Overall I'm quite happy with the bike. It's sufficient to get me back and forth to work, possibly a trip to the store on the way home if I can charge it at work. The range isn't close to advertised if you're not in a flat area, but I am 200lbs and can travel about 15 very hilly miles on throttle at levels 3-5. I dial down to level 3 on the steepest hills. It takes longer, but the battery needs it. Charge time is really nice though, I'm usually seeing full within 4 hours. Rides well, the throttle isn't super jerky, brakes work well, horn is loud, headlight is okay but could be brighter. I'm also 6'4, this bike fits me VERY well, so if you're under 6 foot, this may be too much for you. It's big. It's heavy. If you got stairs, probably don't. Assembly was mostly a breeze, but the rear rack really Really didn't want to go on. It took a good amount of time, and a rainbow of vocabulary. Now the elephant in the room. The PAS is not speed limited like the throttle is. This is a documented problem, contact customer support and they will (after a little bit of work) send a new controller to fix this problem. I'm most of the way through that process now, and am awaiting shipment about 3 days after initial contact. TLDR: Nice bike, good price, solid ride. Very big. Pretty heavy. Hills kill range quickly. Contact customer service if your PAS is not working as it should. Impressions after a week or so, would buy again, will update after some time. First Update: After several emails, where customer service attempted to get me to take various photos and videos, I was sent the controller. Sending a screenshot from their website with a review documenting the same issue helped expedite the process. The new controller arrived, at no cost to me, after about a week.

I’ve been using this bike for a while now and overall I’m really happy with it. The motor is very powerful — it easily handles hills and reaches good speed without much effort. The battery life is also impressive, especially if you use pedal assist, it can last a long time. One of my favorite things is how comfortable it is. The full suspension and fat tires make the ride smooth even on rough roads or sand, and the step-thru design makes it super easy to get on and off. The hydraulic brakes are a big plus — they feel safe and responsive. On the downside, the bike is quite heavy, so it’s not easy to carry or move around when it’s off. Also, while the quality is good for the price, it doesn’t feel like a high-end brand. Charging time is a bit long as well. Overall, I think it’s a great value for the price. If you’re looking for a powerful and comfortable e-bike for daily use or longer rides, this is a solid option.

Worked great up until the controller or dashboard display threw a E02 error. Awaiting delivery of replacement dashboard. Not happy that it is coming from China which of course take a long time. Bike has been sitting idle since and has added experience to my travel. It became my primary source of income after my vehicle broke down and gas prices went threw the roof. Support was helpful but the process took a long time. I did get insurance on the bike, Asurion, however they told me to contact the seller. Didn't hear anything from them. Recommend not getting this bike and finding one that has support closest to where you live or in your country. If the replacement part works, plan ia to give the bike to my son and purchase a new bike. Gave 3 stars due to support at least being responsive despite the process being long and sending a part at no chargeto me. There is my frustration level mixed into this rating as well.
