After reading all the reviews, I was so hopeful that this would help with the tangles and the frizz. I used to have very straight, soft long hair but over the last few years it has become more brittle and frizzy. After using the shampoo and conditioner just once, my hair was completely different. It's very soft, shiny and easy to brush. My hair is about 2 feet long, the strands are thin but I have a ton of it and it tangles easily; this shampoo/conditioner combination has helped with that so much. It's so much easier to brush and I can run my fingers through it while it's still wet. I highly recommend this and am already ordering more. There were several comments about the smell. If you read the ingredients, it smells exactly like what it is comprised of - a flowery, herbal scent that is prominent when hair is wet and fades to a gentle clean smell when hair is dry. I personally love the scent. I tend to get headaches with anything that is too aromatic. This scent does not bother me. I have very coarse curly hair and it’s very hard to brush out the knots without a quality product. With just one use of this, the knots basically fell out during the rinse process. This stuff works so well and smells so good! I will be continuing to buy this product, and I recommend it to everyone! An added bonus was the little scalp massager!! I didn’t know I needed one until now!! Also, packaging was top tier! I took the plastic off already, but the extra measure so it doesn’t leak, it makes all the difference!!! I did not care for this shampoo. The smell was not so great and I thought it might be good for dry/damaged hair, but not for mine. The conditioner is thick which was nice for coverage but made it impossible to pump up through the dispenser. I adore the smell of this shampoo & conditioner, it's so lovely! If you like people to get a wiff as you walk by.. this is for you without being overbearing! The shampoo cleans well the conditioner could hydrate a tad better as I like my conditioners a bit on the thicker side but I'm also a older women who needs the extra hydration & normally use olaplex or redken products so for a mediocre product not bad 😊 ... show more
