Extremely happy with this scooter! It snapped together easily out of the box, charged quickly and ready to go. The app and product support are great. I am 6’1” and 175 lbs and this thing doesn’t buckle at all. I have it up to 19 mph and love the power. The cruise control feature makes it easy to ride for extended trips. I am still working on the range but after a 12 mile ride I still have 1/3 battery life. I did a lot of pricing before trying it out and feel I got a great deal for my money. At 65 y.o. I feel like a kid again! I recommend this highly.

My son has had this scooter for coming up to one year and it is outstanding. He is 14, fit, and nearly 5'10". The scooter goes fast and far. All of his friends want to ride it and do ride it. Recently we had just one screw / bolt come off and I contacted customer service. They sent me a whole set of replacement nuts and bolts, and Jessica in customer service has diligently followed up and followed through on all of this. The scooter is now as good as new!

I bought this scooter for my college commute from my apartment. I've been using it almost everyday for about a month and it works great. The speed goes up to 19mph and it is very light and compact compared to other electric scooters. This scooter is also affordable, as it goes faster than other scooter brands and is also cheaper. The app is a little hard to use and finnicky. At first, I didn't like the cruise control and it would make a loud beeping noise when staying at the same speed for more than 3 seconds. I went on the app to try to turn it off but it took a few tries for it to actually work. As for the battery life, it works pretty well for me. I personally charge it every other day when it gets to about 50% battery because I'm worried about the battery running low when I am on campus. I think that overall, this scooter is a pretty good investment and works well.

Very easy to assemble. Ranges 15 mils on single charge I weight 185 -190 plus bags and load 200. So I would get 10 miles on a single charge. Light weight and easy to take on and off the trains. Rear wheel fits easy under a seat so its can easy be stooded away within the need for it to be folded. Runs amazing and built to last. RECOMMENDATIONS: get the tubeless tires. You'll thank me later.

I’m 53, 5’11 and 160lbs. I wanted to feel the wind in my hair while riding a scooter without breaking the bank. I also wanted something powerful enough to pull a little trailer with my dogs. I did some research and without the trailer this little baby cruises right along at a good pace. I wouldn’t want to go any faster than this baby goes unless it was a bike. I put the pups in the back and I added a tail light, blinker and headlight. We go everywhere together and they love to ride along. The headlight that it comes with isn’t the best. But, there are so many other positive things about this scooter I added a head lamp and the one that is on there already acts as additional protection. I like that it folds up and is compact. The charge seems to hold up well and it is quite durable. This scooter will get you where you need to go at a good price and I give it a thumbs up you’ll be glad you bought it rating. Love each other!

So I got this scooter for my son, who has experience riding scooters and he had a tumble. From that fall, the face of the display screen cracked but still worked. The next day right when when he rode it, the second it picked up speed, the screen flipped off and hit him in the face. I had assurion and sent it to them for repair. It came back worse than before! A new screen was literally superglued to the mount of the scooter, the brakes stopped working (they worked fine when it was sent back) and there is a random wire disconnected from the handle bars which I am assuming was used to connect the brakes. Further, when you turn it on, an error code shows up on the glued-on screen. They should have been ashamed of sending this product back in a worse condition than before. They didn't even try to repair it properly. I assumed returning it a second time would be quick - that's what I get for assuming. UPS was supposed to pick it up, but I did not hear from them. When I called Assurion to get the shipping label so I can drop it off myself, they told me that a supervisor had to call me in 2 business days to get a new label, and I have no idea why. I explained to them that I never got the 1st label so why do I need a 2nd one? I called the next day and a representative emailed me the shipping label. But why were there 2 shipping labels with 2 different shipping numbers. Yet again I had to call Assurion for the 100th time to figure out the proper label. All I want at this point is a credit because this scooter is obviously not safe and Assurion didn't make this experience any easier. Scoot away from this product quickly!!

This is a great scooter, I have had it for quite a while now. I use it to go to work, the park near my house and shopping centers. Had it not been for customer support when my battery drained. I would have been out of a scooter. I contacted them and they took care of my problem. Even shipped me a new battery with a video of instructions on how to replace it.
