The scooter was bought for my son as a Christmas gift. The scooter came charged. My husband put it together very easily, and they rode for about an hour before it needed to be charged. We discovered that the same day he opened it, someone had thrown away the charger! My son was heartbroken. I emailed the company asking if there was a charger I could purchase. Again. This was human error, specifically our error, not the companies. And I was more than willing to buy a new charger. The company went above and beyond and responded to my email very swiftly, they even sent me a charger at no cost. The scooter is fantastic, I am a 5'1 140lb 28 y/o and I have personally ridden the scooter. It's very fun. We will be purchasing more for our other children! Everyone wants to ride this thing! The Bluetooth and lights are also an amazing touch and they work. The Bluetooth isn't super far, so they need to keep the phone or iPod in their pocket while they ride to keep the connectivity. But I truly have no problems with this scooter and would definitely be buying more

2 Isinwheel S4 electric scooter were shipped fast and arrived a day early. Which made 2 little twin children very happy. Out if the package assembly was very easy, with basic tools supplied by the scooter manufacturer. 5 Threaded Fasteners (Thats it). Both units took charge and was quickly topped off full charge. The scooters were rode for about 30 to 40 mins with approximately 85 to 90% battery remaining. The scooter does not support zero start. Speaker is loud, although at full power the sounds gets a little muddy with the mid range being over powered. Lights work great, electric brake functions. Kick to start accelerates the scooter smoothly and not jerky.

Minor assembly was very easy. Being able to fold is helpful when transporting to the park. After initial charge, still has power 3 weeks later! The quality of the build is excellent and durable for years to come. The 3 speeds are much appreciated, helped my Grandson J. get used to the scooter. He is now very happy on the high speed! Thank you, this was a great purchase!! Also purchased for another Grandson C. This young boy is short, lol. So, I removed the steering shaft, cut 6 inches off bottom, reinstalled and it is perfect for his height. Please consider height option in future.

The scooter arrived on time and worked great. After abkut 7 days it started locking up when folded down and the lever to secure it when open would not close. It started functioning again. 8 days later the fold issue is occurring again then something broke inside. This seller is extremely difficult to communicate with the kept asking me the same question over and over again no matter what I said the issue was I told them what was broken and they offered to replace a part that is not what I said was broken I've been communicating with them for 4 days and they're still sending the same message to me because it's a third party seller Amazon is not able to issue my refund so my child is now without a scooter my money is tied up in a long refund process and I have an incompetent seller who keeps sending the same message over and over again it's a good scooter but if it malfunctions on you you're going to go through hell to try to return it I don't recommend. I don't have pictures because the item was boxed up and ready to go when I first submitted the return the seller wanted me to pay to send it back and it's a heavy item so the postage was going to be quite expensive

I’ve been using my electric scooter for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed with how well it performs.
