This thing is so much fun! I got it for my wife to ride to work and she loves it. A very minor inconvenience is the bolt to attach the seat got suck and I had to drill it out and use a new one. Other than that it’s a great little moped, the mood lights are controlled by an app. I’m 6’2” 250 lbs and I got it up 36 mph.

A very fast scooter! Works well for my intended purpose as a replacement vehicle for a quick jaunt to pick-up some groceries and take out. Be aware that it will take some skill and time to assemble the H7 pro out the box. There are plenty of YouTube videos that will provide step-by-step instructions for assemble and i recommend that if you get stuck during assembly. Riding is quite pleasant and the suspension absorbs the occasional bumb well. The brakes are effective for the lower speed modes, but at the highest speed mode (4) they feel a little weak, so be sure to allow some stopping distance. Acceleration is quick and at the higher speed modes very snappy. There also seems to be a cruise control that is enabled on start up so using the twist throttle to slow down doesn't really work. So keep that in mind when cruising. I haven't tested the max range, so I won't speak to that. Overall I would recommend this product for anyone looking for an economical, fast, electric scooter for either having fun or as a quick run about for the occasional fast food run.

Ok here is a honest true review. I am doing this review so others don’t have to make the same mistake I did. So first off this claims the seller makes about the performance of this scooter are false , I does not go 38 miles and hour , it does not have a 43 mile range. There specs are flat out a lie. It will not pull even a short hill with my 90 pound daughter on it . When I inquired to seller about these issues by phone. I was told to email my problem to them after 3 days I got a reply , they wanted me to take pictures of display under load and battery level ( which I already had explained everything was charged 100% and it was in the performance mode , then actually wanted me to video tape the small hill it wouldn’t climb , WTH ! , I don’t know about any of you but I don’t have time to do a full work up of a scooters poor performance that they lied about . I gave them truthful information and description of what it was doing when I contacted them initially , except a video of it’s performance trying to go up a hil. When I decided to return it they became resistant and wanted me to pay for shipping it back. I called Amazon and they stepped in and are trying to make it right , I’ll update later on that progress. Bottom line .. this scooter probably woukd be find on flat level ground for a 60 pound kid. I can’t speak to the reliability of it , isinwheels customer service is horrible. A good tip , I learned from this disappointing experience is , look on YouTube for a product review of anything like this. I was considering another scooter to replace this one , I looked on YouTube for a review of it , I’m glad I did because out of the 5 I watched all of them said it was junk. Dodged another bullet there. Anyway hope this helps others make a better choice than I did .

Best bang for your money. Very good build quality, especially the heavy-duty frame and the welding work. Great fun to drive. Four modes for limiting the speed. Automatic cruise control. Low center of gravity. Very peppy engines/motor. The design and headlights make it a frequent head turner in our community. 2-3 compliments on how fun it looks, and people asking what it is. Upgraded my rear-view mirror. A child seat ban can be attached. The sellers were also great to talk to and helped me a lot with the product.

The scooter is great but the seat issue is frustrating. The seat comes with a bolt pre installed with loctite, you cant remove the bolt because the metal nut breaks free from the plastic holding it in place. Therefore you are unable to install the seat properly. Hoping to receive a replacement seat since the scooter is unusable without modification to the seat to replace the badly designed seat securing point. If anyone has figured out an easy fix please share. Its a shame because the scooter is beautiful and seems well made. The lighting is very nice and the ride is comfy, however it is unsafe without a properly installed seat. I will gladlly update my review if and when Isinwheel corrects this issue. Ended modifying the seat by removing the nut from the seat by wiggling it with a screwdriver until it broke off. Then replaced the nut and bolt and added a larger spacer so the nut and bolt wouldn't fall out of the hole in the seat. I had to the remove the staples to pull back the seat cover enough to get access to the space under the cushion to remove the old nut and replace. Will post a video soon to explain my fix which works perfectly. Now I just need a powered stapler to secure the seat cover back to the seat. Honestly this is the worst part outside of this the scooter is genuinely awesome. Just be aware that you need to consider the seat issue which shouldnt be a deal breaker just a real inconvenience.
