I like the riding. Acceleration is not bad. Up hill climbing is not like I was expected. You need to be preaccelerated before climb the hill. And the battery.. I commute short distance every day around 7.8 7.9 miles in total with little bit of amount hills. My gear would be at 3rd gear maximum speed at 21 MPH. Even though I ride it with 3rd gear, when I come back home, the battery level welcomes me with 40% left every day. ... show more

Ease of assembly: It takes little to no time to assemble under 20 minutes. Built quality: Although I only had it for a short time it seem to be quite durable and sturdy, there weren’t any glaring durability issues. Design: Sleek and simplistic, I liked the lights on the side of the platform and the headlight which was pretty bright. I never got the app to work with the scooter even after going through various trouble shooting steps. Ride/Speed/Power: Its a really nice ride, pretty smooth and with the 10 inch tires it conqueres most bumps without issue. Good power it can take off on you if you hit the gear shifter and your not ready, the speed is good, unfortunately you can only use turbo for a very limited time because the battery is horrible. Battery: Terrible!!! When I charged it the first night and try turning it on the next day it didn't turn on. So I charged it again for the recommended time of 6-hours and it powerd on. I live exactly 6.1 miles from my job, unfortunately the battery will only carry me one way; battery starts depleting quickly this is nerve-wracking because I didn't buy a scooter to push it to my destination. Due to the battery depleting so quickly I'm constantly paying attention to the lcd screen trying to manage the battery life, so within 5 minutes of my ride I had to ride in eco just so I don't have to push the scooter home. The distance advertised is about 28 miles, for 4 weeks all I got was 6.5 miles and battery was done, the timing of my ride is 26 minutes which means I'm getting under 30 minutes of charge time. A few things to note: I'm 5’7 athletically built at 197lbs, so I'm way under the required weight; I live in West Palm Beach, Fl where there are zero hills, and no terraine, so there's nothing that would impede upon the speed or battery life. This has been one of the most expensive products I've purchased through Amazon, and it has been the most atrocious experience trying to get my money back, twice a week, for the entire month of February I'm speaking with customer service. I'm a bit disappointed with the seller, although they did respond in a timely manner there responses didn't satisfy any of my inquiries because they know the battery is an issue based on other reviews I’ve read (after the fact), instead of coming up with a true solution if felt more like a stall tactic. If you are purchasing this for your kid to ride around the neighborhood staying within a 2-3 mile radius then its worth the purchase, but if you are looking to ride around your city to and from work you will need to bring your charger and pray you won’t have to push it home. ... show more

This is a good quality scooter but would say two minor changes that would make it better. 1. The throttle is operated by your index finger and better with your thumb which is what they did with the GT2 model. 2. The lock to unfold is really stiff and hard to disengage. My wife cannot do it so she cannot fold this up. Maybe this will loosen up some over time. Battery lasted me about 18 miles but I am also 250 pounds so maybe about right. ... show more

So far it's been a month and I use it everyday to work and I love it it was easy to build and to control the scooter the battery and speed is awesome too the only dislike is when I purchased the GT1 I didn't know they have a newer version the GT2 I wish I had gotten overall love it
