First, let me say that the assembling instructions is the worst instructions I've ever seen! I previously assembled a scooter, which had incomprehensible instructions, and I thought that was the worst. Well, at least I could try to understand it. This one has NO instructions at all. It just says, put on the front wheel! Luckily, they do show a video of assembling the bike, which is helpful. Unluckily, my bike ended will squeaky front wheel, and after long hours of trying to adjust the brake and looking at youtube videos, I took it to the bike shop REI and they fixed it beautifully for a small charge. They said both the front brake (which I worked with) and the back brake (which came already installed) were rubbing and needed adjustment. The seller even reimbursed the repair cost even though I didn't ask for it, which is very nice of them, and is why I give it 5 stars despite the brake problem. But it would be even better if they had detailed instructions and videos on how to adjust the brake to remove the squeaking. They don't even need to make their own repair videos; just look for the ones online that's relevant to this bike, and then send the customers the links and time interval to watch, so I don't have look for repair videos myself. Now that my bike is running good, I enjoy it very much! It's my first ebike and I really love the feeling of getting a boost when I can't pedal fast enough, so I can go as fast as I want while pedaling as much or as little as I want! And the first time I rode through the mall, a young beautiful girl called out at me, "Cute bike!" (My first bike compliment!) It's so small that it makes me feel very safe to ride it. Big bikes scare me - I feel like I might fall off or hit someone. This bike is so small and I feel completely in control. It's still very heavy at 50 some pounds, but so small that I feel confident lifting half of it. Despite the small wheels, It feels smooth riding. The price is so amazing that it's worth buying the 2 year protection plan. I mean, my local bike shop REI charges more for one ebike tune up than the entire price of this bike! So if it lasts 2 years, I'm already way ahead! One more idea that I didn't realize until I got the bike: this bike is great for Uber. With my other bike, I can't put it in a car, but this thing is small to start with, and then it even folds easily, so it pack in a car or Uber's trunk if necessary. I should point out that this bike's warranty is only for 100km, or 60 miles. Being that I ride 4 miles a day, that's just 2 weeks. For the price, I'm not complaining, but that's why I think it's good to buy the protection plan if they are offering it.

High quality product for a very suitable price! All components are well-made, and the entire bike is very sturdy. Minimal assembly required, battery life is good, and easy to operate. Very much fun to ride because of its compact size. I am a 54-years-old male, 5‘6“, and an athletic 185 pounds, and this bike serves me well. The bike fits easily in the back seat of my pickup truck without having to fold the bike. Then I can bring it on the subway in the city. It also comes in handy on Catholic pilgrimages, that I often attend, to explore the surrounding areas. Customer service is very responsive, professional, friendly, and speaks English well!

Bought this bike for my 9-year-old and was initially worried it might be too big, but it ended up being a perfect fit. The ride is smooth, and it’s surprisingly fast. The pedal assist works great and really helps on hills or longer rides. The only issue I ran into was assembling the front wheel—specifically getting the brakes aligned so they don’t rub. The instructions were pretty minimal, so it took a bit of trial and error. That said, once it was set up, the bike has been awesome. The build quality feels solid and durable. Definitely recommend!

It’s really cute. Love the size and portability. Was intending to use this as my daily transportation but the seat doesn’t go any lower and I have to tiptoe or dismount while at a red light. The tire guards got stuck / twisted on the back tires I had to deflate it and it was hard to take off I had to cut it off to remove it completely.

These bikes are wonderful. My husband really enjoys riding his. It also fits under our RV and we can take it camping and really enjoy riding it. I would highly recommend one to everyone.

I ordered this bike for my son. It’s a perfect beginning e-bike for him. It was easy to put together. After a few weeks we did have one of the petals break. I couldn’t get through when I called the help desk but when I sent an email I was contacted right away. They quickly sent a replacement part. They have also called several time to check up on how the bike is doing. I am very pleased with Ivan and his team to help quickly get the bike running correctly. So far no more issues and my son loves the bike.
