Very annoyed. I bought the 16ft trampoline and it did not come with instructions so we've just been figuring it out as we go which is making the process so much longer then it needs to be because it's a huge guessing game! We are on the basketball net and the screws don't tighten they just keep spinning we don't even know if we are putting it on right and we don't know if we are missing piece or no because again no instructions! As far as the actual trampoline it's very night! My husband 220lbs, myself 160lbs and our 25lbs 2 year old all jump on it with no issues at the same time! We can't wait for our little girl to be big enough to join us! ... show more

It was easy to assemble; just follow the instructions. The trampoline came in two separate boxes on two separate days. Also, the LED lights, socks, and sprinkler came in a different box on a different day. Just a heads up.

This is by far the best gift I've bought for my son. We can all play on it together (and get a good workout in) while spending time together. And there was a delay on some of the accessories and the customer service was awesome! The nmonly thing I would say is you could probably spend half the amount of money on a sams club trampoline and still get a great product. So far we have not used the lights (you have to plug them in and ours is a good distance from the house so not very practical) or the water feature. We have hard water so I'm nervous it will dry rot the trampoline.) Also get the next size up from whatever you think you want. The screens make them seem smaller. ... show more
