I bought this whipper for it's smaller size to replace my 1 liter size whipper. Smaller size for smaller job and it works very well for this reason. This whipper is very well built. Stainless steel and high end appearance. It can do other jobs like herb infusion oil, but I have not exploring it yet. As for whipped cream on coffee, it helps me to make my coffee looking professionally done. Very happy with it. This should be a standard household kitchen equipment. ... show more

I was a bit intimidated at first, until we learned how to use it, now we have whipped cream ready for our dinner parties, and our guests are amazed at the way it performs, nice high tech produce for the kitchen. I am happy I got this one...there are three models available...one for Only Cold, which you cannot clean in the dishwasher, then this one, which is for, Hot or Cold dispensing ...which goes right into the dishwasher...and then the one with the thermos..which is a bit too bulky....the size is great for the two of us, it fits in the refrigerator door shelf...and perfect for a dinner party of eight...the leftover cream can be stored for 10 days in the refrigerator, but we use it in our coffee in the morning until we use the balance of the cream up, so there is never is any waste. The real deal. Made of quality stainless steel parts with great feel in my hand. Made it very clear that the garbage being sold with silver colored plastic and painted aluminum were knockoffs I should never have wasted my time with.

Very sturdy and high-quality product. The tip that comes with it is nice but you will probably want to consider getting stainless steel tips and needles for filling donuts and that type of thing. I love it. I'm about to buy a second one even though there's no real reason to. I like it that much. It is very easy to use so don't be afraid.
