They told the my warranty with Amazon has already expired ,but the iscooter has a warranty for a year with the seller iscooter US. With the help of the Amazon customer service provider. I at first I was a little worried because it was my first time doing something like this ,so I didn't know how well with it go. But I really happy I reached out to them. One of the iscooter Support Team Camile send me a really well written message saying they could help which make feel comfortable. I sent them a email saying the My scooter is not working I ready contacts amazon help support and ready done basic troubleshooting steps. However the issue still persist and the return widow on amazon has expired. They sent another message saying Dear Jose, Thank you for shopping with iScooter and contacting us. We are so sorry about the issue. Don't worry, we will try our best to ensure your satisfaction with our services. For a better understanding, could you please send a short video or photo to us to show the problem? please see the below-attached email picture for your reference. So that we can help you with a proper resolution. Sorry for the inconvenience, we just want to know if the problem can be easily fixed by replacing some parts. I sent it To them. After some testing we managed to figure out the problem. It was a code call E15 . I thought it was ploblem with the gas pedal,but it wasn't. They told me E15, is a problem with the brake handle. They told me rest assured. we first solve the E15 brake for you to send a replacement to solve the problem, if there are still problems, we will deal with it for you. Camile from iscooter was really helpful about everything. Iscooter has one of the very best customer service I have the opportunity to see, so far. I really wish them the best of luck with their business. If any body asks me which is a good electric scooter to buy at a reasonable price. I will always be more than happy to recommend iscooter. Love this scooter a ton! Customer support is one of the best if not the the best customer support teams I have ever been in contact with! I work in retail and I have to say the way they conduct there business is amazing! I unfortunately fell off my scooter the first time I rode and it got pretty banged up. The accelerator pedal broke and would not function at all. I contacted their support team who ended up just shipping me the parts I needed! the turn around time for responses to any questions I had was within the same day I asked. They thanked me for reaching out and even offered a helmet! Really appreciative of this company and all the lengths they went through o ensure that my brand new scooter could function again. 10/10 would recommend this scooter to any one and let them know that they have the best customer support team out of all companies! BUY THIS SCOOTER! It's fast and a little dangerous if you don't know how to handle the speed, but ultimately it's a super solid product! ... show more

    • Why I gave I scooter a one star.
Would I buy this product again? I would have to say NO I have had nothing but trouble with the one first 1purchased I had an issue was within four months of owning it a load alarm sound came from the scooter would not stop even after turning off my scooter and it took two weeks for the sound to finally stop had to wait till battery charge was depleted kept scooter out back covered up(not mechanical inclined ) now after getting it fixed using the scooter three times it won't go on and I can't get any support from Amazon or iscooter so I am out of $649.99 and tell you the truth that's hard to come up with .bother way I had bought two iscooters one from Amazon the second from I scooters themselves it's a hundred dollars less if you buy directly from them yourselves and I have gotten better customer service from them. So no I would not buy a iscooter through Amazon and maybe not even for iscooters themselves cuz I've owned the less than a year in augsaround the last week will be a yr and driven the scooter less than twenty times live in oregon so we don't have alot of times you can ride in good weather now I a n being told that I am out of customer support window so this is why i give this producta big fat 1 star..by way buy directly from the iscooter store cuz I got a second scooter for my hubby to ride with and saved $100 dollars BTW he has had his with no problems n he loves his. ... show more

    • Was a great product, but stopped working. Customer support was excellent though!
This scooter performed great. It was fast, easy to assemble, and built with sturdy materials. The only problem I had with it was that it stopped working after 2 months of use. However, I contacted customer support and got a full refund. They paid for shipping to ship the defective product back and initiated a refund through Amazon.
