Big upgrade from the previous 500w scooter I used previously (have cars and truck). Climbs hills well and has a really good acceleration curve and give extra power while climb said hills. 4 settings of which I use 3 because the scooter goes way faster than the display indicates which could be a gripe, but I don't care. If you switch the setting up one you will see the real speed like setting 2 displays 21mph but really goes 25 and 3 says 28 but is like 31. I don't feel like setting 4 is necessary because I simply don't feel comfortable going that fast unless you have a long straightaway. Let's talk smooth ride for a second, this scooter is super smooth running over bumpy grass and sewer grates the like. Simply pillow soft it is crazy. Throttle is a little jumpy at super low speeds until you get used to it. Wish it had a place for a cup holder for my morning coffee. I use a beanbag cup holder I put in the basket. Don't think the range is 45 miles, though and my guess would be 30 comfortably. Use it locally for work commute and to the gym on fair weather days. Have ridden at night and the headlight is really nice. Have to add the brakes are smooth without any jerking. Used the word smooth a lot in this review and it is almost like that was their intent in design. ... show more

The Absolute Best Bang for your buck cargo scooter that's super easy to ride, and incredible range from the 48V 15.6Ah Battery thats in it. Easy to put together if you have some mechanical knowledge, packaged extremely well, great quality, and durability from the strong frame design, great torque, and speed from the Hub motor thats really smooth, and quiet.     • WARPED BRAKE ROTORS!!!!!

both brake rotors warped. headset keep loosening. handlebars move no matter how tight. no option offered for a replacement part. Brakes do not function properly due to the warped rotors. they cant even tell me where/how to purchase replacements. BUMMER. Proprietary nightmare.
