Nice scooter for the price! The only reason I'm doing 4 stars is because they advertised it as being 500w but it's only 350w. I also wish it had suspension because the ride can be harsh over bumps. You can get a higher model with those features but it raises the price a lot. Overall it's great for the price! It can go up to 20mph pretty easy, the battery life so far is good, and the brakes work awesome. The headlight is adequate for night riding. ... show more

We received the item and it had no power. I couldn't get up a small incline and the battery life dwindled quickly. When we went to return it we were told that we had to pay the $96.00 for the shipping cost which is half of the cost of the item. Bad business

This scooter was well worth the money spent. Says it tops out at 19mph but I was able to get it to 30mph without any adjustments or jailbreaking it very suitable for 1st time scooter riders. I would say this is an ok scooter if you don't want to go faster. I couldn't get it past about 6 miles per hour and I only weight 110 pounds. It is a simple design without many bells and whistles but ok for the price.
