I LOVE this scooter!!! Easy to put together, charge and use. I did find a couple Youtube videos to help as I didn't know you need to get momentum before the accelerator engages. In other word get it started with foot then it works. My dog loves to run and I am NOT a jogger and there is a leash law where I live to I had to figure a safe way to use it dog walking. I took a suitcase strap (one with big clasp) and put that around my waist. Took a smaller one and hooked it through the retractable leash and it works great. It did take a bit of time and bacon for her to get use to it but now she loves running beside me. Its easy enough to jump off if another dog or person comes and steer it with one hand while retracting dog leash with the other. I also like the 3 different speeds but I doubt I'll ever go full speed for dog walking.

Love my scooter, love the speed and charging it is so easy and fast. The only problem I had was with the hook it has for when you fold it, I have to leave it kinda loose for it not to be a problem, but is a minor inconvenience in comparison to how much I like it.

And the drama and things going on the side are very interesting too and connected perfectly with the main couple, making you feel the progress of the story.

I should of gotten this years ago I’m a 46m construction worker in boston and park and walk over a mile from the job . At the end of the day I’m sore beat and hit the last thing I want to do is walk over a mile then sit in traffic for 2 hours, So instead of rushing to work walking to my workplace is 15min now it’s 4 mins taking my time And 4 mins going yo the truck so I’m saving 22 mins a day that’s 2.2 hours 6 days a week time is money so it pays for itself in a week for me at 170 dollars I charge it once a week and it goes 15mph I’m 6 feet and 200 lbs Now the build of it is good 😊 for the price its bare bones start 3 speeds I only use fast I don’t go over big bumps and pot holes at all and the brakes really suck but I just use my feet anyway the brakes do work well at low speeds Turning the scooter while going over 10 is dangerous but probably it’s because I’m tall so I go slow when making turns It’s a basic A to B machine to cut travel time is all I use it for I have owned it over a month and pretty happy i would like to upgrade for a i10 maybe in the fall and give this one to a kid

I’ve had this scooter for about two months and it works pretty well. I only use it 2 days/week for school and then sometimes for quick runs to the store. I charge it once a week for about 5 hours. But, I noticed that if the battery isn’t on 4 bars—fully charged— the power (speed and ability to climb) starts to reduce at 3 bars and then significantly reduces at 1-2. In its defense though, my school is up a long, steep hill and I’m pretty heavy. With those two factors in mind, I can get about 10-12 miles on a full charge. A complaint I have is that it doesn’t lock when you fold it so you can’t carry it folded. But overall, it isn’t too bad for a $200 scooter. Also, I want to add that I left it on my porch and it randomly started raining. When I brought it inside, it would turn on but wouldn’t drive. Well, I turned it off and went to sleep. Woke up the next morning, and tried again, it didn’t start up. So, I took it downstairs, had faith, and it started! Thank the Lord! So, don’t leave it/ ride it in the rain, it definitely isn’t for that.

Lightly used for 2 months and then the brake started malfunctioning (the handlebar was sending a signal that brake was being pressed when it was not). We reached out to the company and they sent me a tutorial video to fix that was not in English and also required taking apart the mechanics of the handlebar (ripping off the control panel screen and taking apart wires). I requested a refund they said option 1. I would need to send back in same box (don’t have anymore) and after they inspected they would tell Amazon if I could be issued a refund or not. Option 2 was they would just send me a new handlebar to fully replace the top half and that it would require only attaching the bar. I chose option2 and they sent me a used older model replacement with scratches on it, one screw not matching in color and no instructions. I have no idea how to get the brake cable disconnected from the original, especially since it’s slightly different model than the replacement. This is ridiculous that they can not give me a legitimate repair on a 2 month old scooter. We’ve been back and forth emailing for over 3 weeks now with no use of the scooter which my son needs to commute from the city bus stop to his school. Waste of money.

Very good scooter. Use it around the neighborhood and it holds up very well, a bit bumpy because of no suspension, but the tires make up for it. The flashlight isn't that bright, and I think it's more for people to be able to see you. The scooter is very easy to use, you just press the throttle and you can hold it for cruise control. They advertise the range as 15 miles, though I only get about 5. Maybe it's because I'm on sport mode, but who knows. The battery life is pretty good if you're not on sport. It's very easy to fold up, I've taken it to the beach, to parks, and downtown. Overall the scooter is definitely worth the money.
