Description
Give your DTF and DTG prints a professional, screen-print-style finish with the DTF POWER Ultra Texturizing Teflon Sheet. Made from durable fiberglass with a PTFE coating, this finishing sheet helps reduce unwanted shine while adding a subtle micro texture and a softer hand feel to your transfers. After applying your transfer, place the sheet over the design and perform a second press for 5 to 10 seconds. This quick finishing step helps improve the appearance, feel, and wash durability of the print, creating a more refined woven fabric finish similar to traditional screen printing. The sheet is coated on both sides for convenient use and helps protect your heat press platen and garment during pressing. Its non-stick surface, high-temperature resistance, and chemical resistance make it suitable for repeated production use. Each sheet is rated for more than 5,000 uses when properly maintained. Available in two sizes: Regular: 16 x 23.5 inches (fits 16x20 inch heat presses) Long: 16 x 27.5 inches (fits 16x24 inch heat presses) For a faster workflow, secure the sheet to your heat press with magnets and use it during both your initial press and finishing press steps. Note: Finishing sheets elevate your final result, but for the softest and best looking prints always pair them with high-quality materials like Turbo Peel DTF Film and Ultra Soft Feel Powder from DTF POWER. Keep in mind, if you use lower quality film and powder that makes your prints very stiff, our finishing sheets will help, but will not magically improve it 100%.
