Pros: compact, light weight, easy to learn, smooth. Cons: bad app locking software, short handle bars, ineffective front lamp, unadjustable handle bar height. Features: cruise control, dual rear suspension, regen brakes, anti puncture wheels, 350w motor. It's been a month now with this scooter and I have got to say that there is much more positives than negatives. I keep it in my car and it takes up about one passenger's worth of space. There are times where riding a scooter makes much more sense than driving. Going to my local convenience store and coming back uses up about one out of the five bars of battery capacity. The trip usually takes approximately 15 minutes with time in the store included. It's very sleek and the learning curve was fast. After learning how to use the regen brakes properly, I always cruise with cruise control on and regen brakes when necessary. I have gone approximately 19mph on this scooter but I usually ride at 15 mph or slower for better battery life and more miles. I suggest adding additional headlights to this scooter as the manufactured light is not as strong as I would like. The motor was able to get up very steep hills, but it was very slow and lacked power. This is the biggest limitation of this scooter, but with the price of the scooter being so low, it being able to get up that steep hill was a miracle in itself. I have no regrets purchasing this scooter as this entry level scooter has gotten me extremely fascinated with electric scooters in general. ... show more

What I Like most about this Scooter is the fact that it’s lightweight and practical. I use it to get to work everyday and I’m 250lbs and this thing is fast and durable. It folds so conveniently that i can throw it in the back of my ubers when i need to get around. Highly recommend this to anyone thinking about buying an e-scooter!!! 5 stars!!! ... show more

This scooter is definitely a worth while purchase. So far I've been using it for 2 days and its still working at the same efficiency. So, here are a few pros and cons I have for this scooter. Pros: -The scooter is faster than it looks on video (Maybe because you're riding it). -It is very easy to setup and is not too heavy. Folding it and turning it on/off is very easy. -The app makes it easy to control the scooter, as you can control how fast the scooter can go in cruise mode and in sport mode. -It has a pretty decent range, although I didn't test it for how many miles it can go for. I can say that the battery doesn't drain. -It has 4 lights; 1 in the front, 1 in the back (this light will flash when you hit the brakes, very useful!) and 2 on the sides of the back wheel. -It has a bell you can ring to alert people. -The brakes are awesome Cons -It doesn't go exactly 19 mph like the title says. You need to download the Minirobot app to even increase the limit to 18mph, and it won't go faster (It's default speed is 15mph). -The scooter is a front wheel drive. This may or may not be a con, but i believe that it might have been able to go faster if it was a back wheel drive. -You can hurt your finger(s) when unlatching the hook that keeps the stem of the scooter intact whilst riding. It takes a lot of pressure to get it unhooked (which is good, although it makes it feel like you're going to break it. When I received my scooter, I received all of the parts I needed with nothing missing or damaged. I bought this scooter to get me to work faster and this is probably one of the best scooters in the $300-$400 range that'll get me to where I want to be quickly, efficiently, and safely. 10/10, would buy again. Don't have any hesitations when buying this scooter. Soon, I'll upgrade to a scooter that can go 40 mph (Like the Valor Eagle One). But for now, I'll be happily zooming down the street with my iscooter. UPDATE!! Its been a few months since I bought this product and the scooter still works as if I just bought it! Nothing is in need of replacement, it still reaches the 18 mph, and it is a great product overall! However the app doesn't stay connected to your scooter, so your scooter will only stay locked while your phone is at a close enough distance. UPDATE 2!! OK! We are officially ending 2022, and my scooter is still going on strong! I still get 18 mph, its quick to charge, and there is nothing that needs to be replaced yet. Keep in mind that i use the scooter at least once a week. This is a GREAT scooter to buy when it comes to quality. Just be sure to assemble it properly! Now, i havent needed customer service for anything, but I am sure that the company who makes this scooter is good with customer relations. I still hurt my fingers when trying to pull off the latch that keeps the stem of the scooter connected to the base, which is good because it shows how safe the scooter is. I have had this scooter about a week now and I love the get up and go. It gets me where I need to be quickly and easily. It handles well and isn’t too heavy. The issues don’t bother me too much but there are some. The solid wheels are great bc I won’t have to worry about air pressure but I feel every single bump. I’m learning how to stand to absorb the impact a bit better so there is a little learning curve. The sync software sucks and took some googling to figure out the right app and how to pair it. It’s glitchy still though. The last thing and the worst thing is the battery is eh. I can make my commute but it’s only about 3 miles round trip. If I have any sort of incline I can watch the battery lines disappear. I would really appreciate replaceable batteries to have on hand. Overall, would I buy the scooter again? Yeah definitely would for the price. ... show more
