I love this scooter it can go anywhere. The suspension on it is awesome you cannot feel bumps that you run over. The arrival time was on point. The torque on it is insane so tread lightly until you get used to it. I highly recommend this scooter to anyone looking to get a scooter. I received the scooter about 4 days early which was pretty cool said it had 5 bars for the battery but the first two dropped pretty quickly got about 1.5 hours on it before I needed to charge it for the first time. I will say the scooter is really fun and pretty fast and peppy in 2wheel drive. Overall pretty well built not too heavy. It seemed to do as was advertised, I’m 210 lbs and it got to 38mph relatively easy. Now everything I’ve said so far is pretty positive, but I’m giving this review a 1 star for now because either the scooter or the charger is defective. No indicator light shows up on either the scooter or the charger. I left it plugged in for around 4 hours just in case but nothing. As far as customer service I called twice once yesterday (Sunday) and today on Monday as well. It went straight to voicemail both days and prompted me to leave a voicemail (which I did). Hopefully I havnt heard back because yesterday was Sunday and today is a holiday, I’m hoping I’ll hear from them tomorrow at the latest because when you spend this amount of money on a scooter you hope to get more than 1 ride out of it. I will update the review and will be more than willing to give this 5 stars as long as the customer service is easy to deal with and corrects the problem. ... show more

POSITIVES 1) Awesome acceleration. Hold on tight. 2) Water resistant. I got wet 3 times already in light / moderate rain while riding. 3) Very stable steering even at top speed. 4) Warranty honored. They sent me a replacement for a broken stem lock. Arrived in 9 days. NEGATIVES 1) Only 6 months warranty for most important components ( battery, motors, controller, screen, control module etc. ) 2) Verfied top speed ( using speed app ) for 2 wheel drive is 33 mph ( not 38 ). For 1 wheel drive, top speed is 28 mph ( not 31 ) 3) Front suspension is not adjustable. Why ?! I will give updates. ... show more

I've had it for 2 weeks so far and it's been great! Easy setup, just have to charge it for a few hours before use. Very good power and handles 270lbs without any problems.
