• It’s beautiful and ease of assembly. • When we started to do the smores we took off the glass (right at the beginning- BE CAREFUL- it’ll get very hot as much time and fire). • Even when it’s off we got lots of complaints about it. ☺️

I love it. The kit came with one bag of fire glass stones but it was not enough to cover the flame tubes so I had to order a 10lbs bag to add to it to make the flames distribute better across the stones and so it didn’t look like a blow torch table. Looks so much better with the extra bag of stones. Very modern look and affordable. The hissing sound from the propane is pretty loud but it’s bearable. Assembly was easy by myself. Heat output is decent, I don’t need it to be too hot living in Florida anyway.

Whom ever came up with the packing of this product was an absolute artist. Came in one heavy box and even had spare parts. Absolutely an amazing looking fire pit. Went to buy another one… of course they are out of stock.

Love the aesthetics of this fire pit. However, it will not light. We used a brand new propane tank. Tried to assist with a lighter. Received two new replacement parts (for us to replace ourselves - that were not originally installed by us). It still will not light. We’ve been going back and forth with the seller. After informing them that it still will not light after replacing the two new parts - they offered to replace it, but they are out of stock 👀 They then offered to do a 50% refund. I don’t have a working product, you can’t send me a new one and you only want to send me half of what I paid? I am not satisfied. At all.

Assembly easy, straightforward. Bolts all separately boxed and labeled with their own Allen key provided and an extra bolt for each type.Sturdy and heavy. Top around table becomes very warm after extended use.
