It’s not easy shopping for clothes online but was very pleasantly surprised with this purchase. It is beautiful and comfortable. A size 14 was recommended and the size chart supported that but the 12 is perfect. And for some reason, it cost less so that was a bonus. I’m 5’1”, 135 lbs and usually wear a 10 but for this dress the 12 fit my 33 1/2 inch waist. The length is perfect with my 2 1/2 to 3 inch heal. Give it a try.

This was beautiful and received many complements on the gown. It was to long and had to have it hemmed. But most dresses you buy online dont have hems anymore so they leave it to be shorter or longer which you need. The dress fit perfect and I wear a brace on ankle and so this is why I am always in a gown. The size fit perfect and no alterations needed other them the hem. It was black and white on top and that way it was not all black which is not really worn at a wedding anymore. It a little blk dress or gowns were very colorful at this wedding. The dresses were very nice however, too long for me. I Requested a return and sent the two dresses back that I purchased, It's been 5 days and as of yet I have not been credited to my Amazon Visa!!! I called but got no help. Please be aware that the return policy on this type of purchase is not good!!!! I'm very frustrated and I will never buy this type of product again from Amazon.

The bodice part is stretchy and not itchy. Just the right amount of sequins. I got iced orchid and loved this color. Wore it as mother of the groom. I'm 5'8, 167 lbs and the 12 was perfect. Hemline needed no altering.
