I like to cut open the top of the food bag then slide it into the container and roll up the top of the bag before locking the lid to keep things extra fresh. It works well and stays locked. Pretty standard container not complicated to use or clean

I had to buy a 16 lb. bag of cat food because I needed a special formula. I have a container that's pourable and that one holds a 7 lb. bag. So I bought hits container hoping that it would fit the other half of the bag and it does! It holds about 9-10 lbs. of dry cat food which was exactly what I needed. The latch keeps the container closed tightly so that the food does not get stale. And I was able to pour it into my container that I pour from with no problems. ... show more

Product arrived with piece broken. The piece was in the bottom of the box, so it was broken before arriving to my address. It may be usable, but it will not filly seal due to this broken piece.
