I had knee replacement surgery, both knees, this chair is a life saver. It’s more comfortable than my bed. The controls are easy to use. Too bad it doesn’t have a message feature. I love this chair!

The product is very good looking and looks well constructed. This is our 3rd one and we hope it last longer. But the reason I am doing this survey is the customer service. When I placed the order I forgot to mention the apartment number. If you do not have the apartment number the order can get lost. So I reached out to the sender to add it to the order. Customer representative Amanda responded to me and added the number to the order and followed the order the whole time and kept me informed as to delivery date. This chair is not comfortable in anyway. It's made for short people. I'm 5'6" tall and my feet hang way over the end of the foot rest. The foot rest does not raise up high enough to be a comfortable height. The back rest is very uncomfortable and I have to add pillows to make it usable. If I would have set in it before I purchased it, there is no way I would have bought it. One of the motors is starting to make a clicking sound. So sorry I bought this lift chair PS: I contacted their customer representative and the have been very helpful in solving my issues with this chair. This is the most amazing chair. Very easy to assemble...only sliding on the back and the wings on the back. Attach a few plugs together and plug into the wall.
