Ordered these Cross Bars a few weeks ago for a trip. Received them within a week. There was nothing difficult about putting them together and attaching them to my vehicle. Very sturdy, very solid product, nothing cheap about them in my opinion. Once they were on my vehicle I was completing the last step of putting the locks on and realized there was no keys or "slips" to cover the screws. I was able to get in touch with ERKUL, via email (who by the way is in the country of Turkey which makes the story even better) gave them my information, told them I did not receive the keys for the locks or the slips. They apologized and said they would be shipping what I needed, sent me a picture to verify, sent me a tracking number and said I would receive the package on the 29th of July. Within four days I had the missing keys and slips sitting on my desk. I have to say, even though I didn't receive everything the first time, it was a true pleasure dealing with ERKUL's Customer Service. They were very helpful, very kind and did exactly what they said they would. I highly recommend ERKUl!! Thank you ERKUL!!!

These crossbars fit my 2021 Kia Telluride perfectly. Clear instructions and very easy to install. The width of each bar is slightly adjustable so you can attach them anywhere along the car (closer to front or closer to rear) which also allows you to mount them between the recommended 24-27" apart depending on weight of the load. They also sit high enough off the roof where you can still tilt the sunroof open without hitting the bars or your cargo. Very happy!

They were easy enough to install, I had a little trouble getting the ends to go on the bars, but I got it. They were easy to put on my car, I have a 2019 Kia Surento. They were very noisy once I got them on the car and the J hooks I got didn't fit on it, I was going to send them back but it was going to cost me $60 to return them and that's just crazy, so I kept them even though I don't like them

Initially the rack was just fine, until I took my car to the carwash. The cross bar completely came off along with my ski rack. The cross bar does not seem to latch very well to the car, and like a dummy I decided to give it another try by replacing the part that broke off. I took it to the car wash for a second time and once again it unlatched and came off. I don't recommend this to anyone, saver yourself the headache and buy an OEM part.
