Ordered these Cross Bars a few weeks ago for a trip. Received them within a week. There was nothing difficult about putting them together and attaching them to my vehicle. Very sturdy, very solid product, nothing cheap about them in my opinion. Once they were on my vehicle I was completing the last step of putting the locks on and realized there was no keys or "slips" to cover the screws. I was able to get in touch with ERKUL, via email (who by the way is in the country of Turkey which makes the story even better) gave them my information, told them I did not receive the keys for the locks or the slips. They apologized and said they would be shipping what I needed, sent me a picture to verify, sent me a tracking number and said I would receive the package on the 29th of July. Within four days I had the missing keys and slips sitting on my desk. I have to say, even though I didn't receive everything the first time, it was a true pleasure dealing with ERKUL's Customer Service. They were very helpful, very kind and did exactly what they said they would. I highly recommend ERKUl!! Thank you ERKUL!!! ... show more

They were easy enough to install, I had a little trouble getting the ends to go on the bars, but I got it. They were easy to put on my car, I have a 2019 Kia Surento. They were very noisy once I got them on the car and the J hooks I got didn't fit on it, I was going to send them back but it was going to cost me $60 to return them and that's just crazy, so I kept them even though I don't like them ... show more

My box originally showed up opened and the seller quickly responded to mend the issue. They're pretty easy to install, absolutely fit perfectly fine on a 2020 Kia Sorento EX V6 AWD and STILL HAVE CLEARANCE FOR MY SUNROOF TO OPEN, LETS GOOOOO Easy install, built sturdy, a little road noise but that's expected when putting cross bars on a flush rail. ... show more

We purchased this ERKUL roof rack for our 2019 Sorento SUV. The rack was easy to install but we haven't traveled yet to see how well it holds our new luggage carrier. I would highly recommend this roof rack if you are in the need for one.
