When it was titled “high” stool, I mistakenly assumed it was for my high counter. I should have measured. It is at least 3” shorter than I needed. Their measurements were accurate. That being said, the tube structure is solid. All screws aligned perfectly. It was easy to put together even with my beginning stages of arthritis. There was a scratch in the seat back that I’m not pleased with, but as far as I know, that could be a unique occurrence. When attaching the seat, I would suggest putting the seat upside down on the table so the back frame can hang off while you assemble it. And be careful of the bag labeling, bag B was labeled D, but I thought the difference was obvious enough. Over all I thought it was a good value if it were the height I was looking for. ... show more

These chairs are great for the price. I would say if you have a heavier person to sit on them I would worry how they would hold up, I have not had anyone sit on them that is over 180lbs. They are very comfortable and they look awesome around my table with the color they are.
