I am a full-time professional photographer/videographer and I have owned many wireless lavalier systems over the past 15 years. The systems I currently own work well and I've been reasonably happy with their performance but occasionally transmission dropouts occur and that becomes a nightmare when it happens at something like a wedding where there are no second chances. I also own lavalier recorder units which I started using for weddings to avoid the potential audio drop outs, but then I had to take the time to sync the audio to the video during editing, and that's an extra tedious step I was tired of. I saw an advertisement about the 7RYMS iRAY DW30 and was excited to see that this system was both wireless and had the reassuring backup of internal recording. So if the wireless signal does have a glitch, and audio into the camera has a problem, I do still have the backup of the internal recording. There are other systems that offer this, but most are more costly and often have other limitations in their functionality or features that prevented me from using them. I'd heard good reviews about 7RYMS before, so I decided to give the DW30 a try...and have not been disappointed. The wireless system has very good sound quality, plenty of transmission range, and is probably the best option at it's price-point (and compared to others costing a lot more). It's a great package with the two transmitters and one receiver being stored inside a rechargeable case which allows you to recharge the system a couple of times. The included accessories are nice and the connection cables for cameras and cell phones are much higher quality than I expected. Another feature that helps set this system apart from the competition is that both transmitters have bright (easy to read) LCD screens. Most systems only have an LCD screen on the receiver which greatly limits the ease and functionality of using the system. So having screens on all three units, great quality sound, nice accessories, the charging case, and the fantastic on-board recording feature, it's an excellent value and option. Whether you are an aspiring content creator, or a full-time professional videographer/filmmaker, the DW30 is a fantastic addition to anyone's gear bag.

This product works as described. I like the ease of use, and sound. I have one issue. I charged everything but as you can see in the photo one light still appears to be dimmed out. I wish I could get a replacement charging case "Almost got five stars" Ok I have to revise my review of this product. It now gets 5 stars from me. I had a chance to use it since my first review and it works great! In my last review i was having issues with the charging case. I contacted 7ryms support people and they very quickly sent me a new case and it works perfectly! So thumbs to the 7ryms support department for there quick response.

The media could not be loaded. I'm professional videographer and I'm always looking for new equipment to improve the quality of my work and the first thing that I want to point out that I love about this microphone system is the on-board storage to record backup audio just in case you lose connection I did a test with my back turned towards the camera and I lost connection about 65 ft but with line of sight I was 400 ft away and didn't lose connection one time and probably could have been even further away. It is 8 gigs of onboard storage says it can record up to 24 hours so you could definitely do a couple of projects but I would recommend offloading as soon as you're done with the project and clearing out the memory so that way you have enough for your next project. The case is very heavy duty and will protect your microphone system while charging it a few times. This is great value for what you're getting and it definitely on par if not better then the more expensive versions.

I really like that this unit have a charging box and everything is packed up in a small case. I've tested the wireless mic inside the house and my son was able to walk outside to the neighbor house near the stop sign. In line of sight it pickup the wireless mic without any problem. It even goes through walls inside our house from the basement to the top floor. The extra bonus is the record function of the transmitter. Having a backup audio recording function will eliminate wireless interference or if you are happen to be out of range. The recording function alone is a must have and worth it. A+++++

I have been using this set for the last week or so and so far I'm really impressed by the sound, quality and well made it is. Well packed and portable. The case charges the whole set (up to 2 times from 0% to fully charged in my case) and each transmitter can record, what is nice in case you need a safety record. Very nice set for the amazing value.

I use them mostly for filming weddings. The sound has some auto leveling and noise reduction that work surprisingly well. I've had some interference/cut out in precarious places, but having the on board backup completely foolproofs. I'm a big fan. Convenient charging case as well. Further, I've only directly compared these to DJI wireless and TASCAM dr10, but i think they sound arguably better. I noticed clipping from the DJI, and while the tascams are great - the wireless, 2 for 1, and noise reduction let them win for me.
