Update: I ended hearing back from the seller. The replacement part was lost in transit apparently. The sellers offered to refund the full price or offered to send a whole replacement bed. The replacement came today and they did not require for me to disassemble and return the other bed . Bed is cute I’ll give that much. The assembly was great up until the end when we got to the pull out drawers. One of the drawers was broken or should I say not welded at all at the connector point. I reached out and was told I had to wait a few weeks for a replacement and I’ve still never received said part

Purchased a king size unit. It was very easy to put together. But, I did use an impact driver and bit to speed things up. I wouldn't want to put it together with the tools they sent. My only complaint is that the size of the drawer baskets were not enlarged for a king size unit. It appears that they have one standard size drawer basket, which leaves a lot of unused space.
