Very pretty couch and comfortable and at a great price point! Our family is loving it. Like some of the other reviews mentioned the back doesn’t sit very high and I find adding the small lumbar pillow behind lower back makes it the most comfortable. The couch arrived in three separate packages and early one package came one day and the other two followed the next day. The only thing I will say is if you are sensitive to chemicals and smell I recommend having a good little air filter because it does off gas, especially this first few days. My husband didn’t notice, but I certainly did and had to air off the house as well as run an air HEPA filter to absorb the VOCs! Love this couch and don’t regret this purchase at all! Took my husband a couple hours to set up and they sent the wrong directions to a slightly smaller version of the couch, but it was simple enough to figure out! ... show more

At the price point and with some mixed reviews I wasn't sure what we were getting but incredibly pleased with what we received. Our order came in three different boxes, first arrived 6 days before intended delivery date and the other two the next day which was a nice surprise. Install was pretty easy for my husband. Assembly was straightforward and took no more than an hour to put together. Cushions are plush, comfortable, and the chenille texture gives a more elevated look. Really a fan. It's been 10 months since I bought these couches. The Good... they're huge, modular if you buy a mix of pieces, and the color is nice. The company is also very responsive and replaced a piece that came broken. They're sturdy, I'm heavy and these don't even creak under my weight. Easy to move and all the cushions covers come off for easy cleaning.i just throw the pillow cases in the wash every couple months. The Bad.... not super comfortable to lounge on for hours or sleep on. You can sleep on them but it won't be your best nights sleep. They could use more padding. The legs they come with are short. I replaced all of them which cost me another hundred and something bucks because I needed enough for two couches. These are a little difficult to clean especially things like pen. I would suggest some kind of fabric guard spray. Would I buy them again? Perhaps. Do I think it's a good value? Yes. Would i look for something a little more comfortable and cloud like and pay an extra $500 next time? Probably. The ottomans are big and can be used as seats themselves potentially turning a 5 seater into an 8 seater. If you need something in expensive that looks nice and lasts with care then I would suggest these. The yellow has faded a little since I bought and my house is pretty dark so it hasn't really been exposed to sun. ... show more

I was a bit hesitant that the couch would be to low for me as I am 5'10. However the cushions give it an extra lift. Building time with 2 people took about an hour and a half. Instructions were unclear at times but we made it & there was extra pieces just in case. I love my new couch. Supportive & comfortable at the same time. Originally I wanted the cream color but could not wait the additional 2 weeks. I am not disappointed as this grey color looks great & the length fits perfectly in my living room. Easily this can fit up to 4 people comfortably. I was stressed as shipping was a bit hectic. The first 2 boxes arrived within days but the 3rd box had a delay. I contacted the seller & they were on top of it. The 3rd box arrived a few days later. ... show more

It is pretty much as advertised. I bought the couch and two ottomans and a chair. The color (blue) is pretty, most of the cushions fluffed up, the chair cushion did not and one of my ottomans came with some damage to the bottom of the frame. I have not tried to clean the covers yet. The fabric is soft, the height is fine once the cushions are in it. The back is low, but I find it nice for reclining. I read reviews that said they are great for small spaces, but I find the pieces large in my small space. I reached out about the damage, they apologized and asked for more pictures, I sent them, and I never heard anything more. So three stars because they are cushiony, soft and the color is pretty. I took two off due to lack of customer support, damaged product, and warped cushion. ... show more

Ok so it’s what I expected just bigger I got the 4 seater U shaped and literally only could fit it as a 3 seater and used the 4th section as a chair/chase with the ottoman. I love it I can lay down with room. Pictures attached great buy for what I needed it for It’s a little low but it’s fine
