This couch has been exceptional, we tried a firm nice looking couch in past but it was to firm but this couch is absolutely amazing and comfortable. We had a slight delivery issue got first box and a week or so later I forgot and the 2nd box came. Once I set it up it has been a really great experience. Also I did reach out to customer service about cushion replacements in time it is possible your cushions may need a replacement well they told me they getting a shipment in their warehouse in 50 days and I told them its a instant buy for us as we want to get 2 extra cushions to use as a replacement in the future and I recommend future folks who buy this couch to do the same to ensure your couch remains comfortable. After using the couch for 2 months it remains extremely comfortable but the side I sit on bagged down just a little but not a deal breaker or a concern which is why I recommend folks to get cushion replacements if ever you need them. I mentioned to the seller as a suggestion to offer them on their Amazon store so future customers can buy more if they want to as a convenience. I give this purchase a 10/10 along with Customer service and highly recommend buying this couch if your considering it as its been a great investment in comfort so for me a A+ ... show more

I am pleasantly surprised with the quality of this inexpensive sofa and ottomans. The assembly process was super easy and not complicated. We had one armrest cover that had a damaged zipper but had no problem getting it replaced promptly. The chenille fabric is really nice and appears to be durable. The large ottomans are really nice and give better support than our reclining couch did, my feet don't hang over on these. It could be taller, both seat height and back height but it works well for us still. For the cost it's a great couch. We're in the process of selling our home so didn't want an expensive couch that may not fit in a new home. I like this couch enough I'll keep it when we move and maybe put it on a den. And while it's not listed as washable, my dog got sick on it so I unzipped the cushion cover and tossed it in the washer on gentle. I let it air dry and restuffed the seat cushion. It came out perfect. It's not something I'd do on a regular basis but I had to wash it. ... show more

I never thought I would buy a couch online and I was very concerned that it would not work for us but happily with two adults and three dogs it is a nice large size and very comfortable once you add some throw pillows for more back support. That’s the only reason for the deduction of one star is that the back support pillows that come with it or not very plush. The seat cushions are very plush and comfortable. We previously purchased the five-seater u-shape. We love it so much but we did feel like we needed to add the love seat. We plan on actually leaving one arm off of the love seat and pushing it up against the five seater couch to create a l-shaped sectional. I honestly wish that this would have been a purchasing option to start with. Should be here in 3 days so we will see how it works. So far very happy! This was my first time ordering anything like this off Amazon, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The experience has been very good though. It was simple to put together and packaged well. Customer service is great as well. I needed to order an extra middle section and they were quick to get back to assist me. The media could not be loaded. I got the 4 seat couch with the 2 ottomans. this couch came in 4 boxes all within an hour of each other which was very nice! the package even came a week before estimated arrival. the couch itself overall is honestly very great for the price. the fabric is soft, it’s not too firm, there’s so many ways to arrange it, and VERY easy to put together. i have 3 animals so i love that i have the option to take off the covers to wash them as well. things i’ve noticed that i’m not the biggest fan of (aren’t deal breakers though) is the back cushions. they’re very thin but the lumbar pillows help tremendously. i will probably look into getting others that are longer so they’re not moving everywhere. the other thing is there is velcro to attach the cushions onto the ottomans, but not the actual couch cushions. i can probably end up putting some on myself but not the biggest deal. i’m short myself so the comments about it being too low to the ground really isn’t an issue for me either. i will say one box that was received arrived with gasoline spilt on it (i’m still wondering what even happened that caused this). this box contained a base, cushions, and the arm rests. the arm rests were the only things that really were ruined from the smell, but everything else comes vacuum sealed so thankfully that wasn’t messed up. i contacted amazon support immediately and they messaged the seller, which were so quick to respond back. after sending photos of the soiled box and the items in it they have already replied to send replacement arm rests! 10/10 for customer service honestly :) i looked at hundreds of couches online and in store before deciding on one and i finally pulled the trigger on this one and i love it so far! i will update later in the future on how it holds up if there is any issues im having with it. ... show more
