I bought the blow dryer to diffuse my natural curls. Although I do like this product I have to be extremely careful when using it. The blow dryer has suction on the other end and my hair has gotten sucked in a couple times causing me to rip it out, once it catches your hair there’s no other way to take it out other than cutting it or ripping. Ok I will just put this out there...I am rarely impressed by much these days... but this is the best hair dryer I have ever owned! So I was fully prepared for this hair dryer to be just another hyped product that did not perform as advertised and I would most likely have to return it. Well, I am thrilled to say this hair dryer impressed me!!! This little beauty is exactly what I have searched for ! The dryer is lightweight and does not make my hands or arm ache from holding it and it's powerful! It usually takes at least 1/2 hour to dry my hair and even then it's still damp. With this dryer it went from towel dried to bone dry in less than 10 minutes and feels like silk! It has a button that switches the air from cool to hot or back again without holding the button in. Just press and let go and the air temperature changes. It also came with 3 attachments that lock in to the head and don't fall off during use. And finally, it has an ACLI surge protect plug and a nylon velcro built-in strap to keep the cord wrapped up when not in use! I am so thrilled with this dryer that I am purchasing another one for my granddaughter! If I could give 10 stars I would! Disclaimer: I am an everyday normal consumer and have not been asked to review or been paid for my review of this product. So this is a real review from a real happy lady!

It was good while it lasted but after only a year and a half, it blows out cold air, lower button setting doesn’t work, and smells burning so stopped using it. Now it’s going to sit in a pile of electronic waste. Our con air dryers/flat irons all lasted at least 10-20 years and never had one break so far. Pretty weary of buying another random Chinese brand of anything electronic from Amazon again.

**UPDATE!!** I returned the broken item and they sent me a replacement the next day. The new one arrived with all prongs on the diffuser in tact! I've used it a few times since then and loved the results! Changed rating to 5 stars for great customer service and easy return. The product arrived today and I was so excited. Especially since it looks like the Dyson without the price. I open the box and noticed the prongs on the diffuser are off... Well, turns out some were broken or burnt off. I compared it to the picture on the box to make sure it wasn't just me and sure enough, they were broken. Returning for a refund and getting another... Maybe the real thing.

I purchased this dryer because someone I follow on Amazon recommended it. It was very good for right at a month. Then, this morning I plugged it in to use and nothing. I pressed reset on the socket thinking maybe that was the reason, but I started smelling a burning like ordor coming out of the dryer. I immediately unplugged it. Unfortunately, I've discarded the box it came in already so I doubt I'll be able to send it back. I live in a small house and just can't keep the boxes of things that I buy. Oh, well, can't win them all.
