I did not buy this for golfing. I bought this to pack into our suitcase to fly to Montana. Then driving to Utah, Colorado, New Mexico , and Arizona . This thing surprised me! Even though I hoped it would be bigger in diameter, I was able to fit more drinks and food in it then imagined. It did the trick , and kept things cold; especially in the middle of the summer when it reached as high as 107 degrees. It never leaked, even when the ice inside eventually melted. Brought this on a trip to Mexico and it came in handy so much. Highly recommend for trips. Thought it would collapse flatter but it still fit small enough.
