Just came back from a three week trip to Hamburg, Copenhagen, Norway, Sweden, London. In the past, I would use a charger with a long cord, outlets and USB ports. The long cord took care of situations where the wall outlet might be 10 feet away from a nightstand where I would want my iPhone charging overnight. In addition, I would take plug adapters for the countries I was visiting as well as the necessary USB cords for my devices. With this charging/outlet cube combined with a 10’ & 6’ USB/lightning cable and a micro and C cable I was able to eliminate a lot of bulk and have a very workable system. This was particularly nice on airplane travel days. It took up little room in my pack so I could charge wherever I was. I’m very pleased with the design and functionality.

Works great. It was used in UK and Europe type outlets without issues. A plus is that it has USB connectors. It has an internal blue light that illuminates to indicate it is working when mounted into an electrical socket. Not meant as a negative, but from my experience, if trying to travel light, it can be a bit bulky to pack. This is not a deal breaker, just something to be aware of. If that is a concern, you can purchase small individual plug converters specific to a region. For example, one for the UK, one for Europe, and one for Australia, etc. Note that this is not a voltage converter. It does not convert European 220 volts to North America 110/120 volts. It is made to charge items that can be charged in either 110/120 or 220 volts like cell phones, tablets, laptops, smartwatches. It is not intended for use with items like a hair dryer that require 110/120 volts only

I travel to many different areas of the world, and this has proven to be very versatile in providing me the power connection I need. The many options of plug ins and the internal wiring that provides the right voltage conversion seems to be dialed in nicely. My most recent travels had me on a cruise ship, which can provide a variety of outlets. This proved to do the job. My only reason for a 4 star instead of 5, is it seems a bit wobbly with some of the connection options, primary the European one. Regardless of the wobble, its a solid 4 stars

worked well in Sweden. Probably in US as well, but because of the block shape and the location of the connection on the hotel lamp (too low), I could not use it here. If there is a wall connection, no doubt it would be fine.

Cool colour (blue), this universal adapter has been a lifesaver on my multi-country trip across Europe.
