The media could not be loaded. Serves the purpose well. The ability to turn it vertical versus horizontal is nice but it would be great if it was a bit more "stiff" in its adjustment. Do take note of measurements. It is a bit big if you're using it above counter height versus under a desk or behind a piece of furniture. This is a really good product. It is very slim. Slimmer than the plate cover so it can fit into tight spaces. For me I needed to fit right next to the bathroom vanity on an outlet that is way too close. The problem is that I was excited to see that the prongs rotate, but they don’t rotate 360° so they don’t rotate into the position that I needed. I thought that it was odd that most of the review picture show the adapter being used sideways but the reason for that is that that’s the best way to fit it so that it can fit with another large plug. It will work for now, but I’m still on the hunt to find some thing that I can plug in vertically and a downward position. ... show more
