I purchased two of these cabinets in the 72"H x 36"W x 18"D size to store my bulk paper goods and cleaning supplies in. I hate clutter, and because of a lack of storage space in my house, I had to put our bulk items in a corner of the family room. These cabinets are perfect for my needs, and I am very happy with my purchase. My home looks so much more neat and organized now. The shelf height is easily adjustable, and once assembled, the cabinets are lightweight and easy to move. One shelf can store 18 rolls of paper towels or 63 large rolls of toilet paper. The cabinets are made of very thin metal, and even though they were packaged well to ship, there were a couple areas that were slightly bent, but were easily returned to the proper shape. The first cabinet took us a little over an hour to assemble, and the second only took about 45 minutes since we knew how they went together by that point. I should note that I have a lot of experience assembling furniture and other items, so it may not be quite as easy for some people. It does take two people to assemble though, since the pieces are very large. We did not have any problems with pieces/doors not lining up. Even though I feel the cabinets were packaged well for shipping, I do wish the seller could find a way to package them using less styrofoam. There is a LOT of styrofoam, and it is going to take us a few weeks to get rid of it all because of limited space in our trash bin. Plus, I don't like the idea of all that styrofoam going to a landfill.

This cabinet may be one of the finest products I have ever purchased! It is crafted of heavy gauge metal with a smooth, flawless finish. The engineering tolerences and hence the fit of parts is a thing of beauty. I was shocked to learn it was produced in China. Parts are meticulously labeled and packaged. Assembly instructions are easy to follow. They even include a pair of gloves to wear during assembly. Now let me tell you the good part! The packaging is the BEST I have ever encountered. Eash part is protected with styrofoam "inserts". The parts are separated by foam sheets and the carton ends are wraped in heavy metal protective inserts! More metal gussets protect the flanks of the package. Then the entire bundle in packaged in EXTRA HEAVY cardboard. Truely amazing! Great product at a great price.

I ordered this particular model because it had the largest dimensions compared to other models, a full 36" wide and 18" deep. It came in two packages. The assembly was not two bad although there were no words and it is was difficult to figure out where some of the screw went. You need plenty of room to lay it out and assemble it because it is very flimsy until you get the top and bottom on. One of the side panels had a slight kink in it but you could not tell that until you got it completely unpackaged. the boxes showed no damage. I decided to straighten it the best I could and just use it. When I purchased mine they had a $70 off coupon which was like 23% off. This made it a very good value for the money.

Parts came in damaged, and the box was not. This means they put damaged parts in the box! The assembly was not to bad but not super clear either. I got too far into assembly when I noticed the damage and how think the material is. So, taking it back apart and trying to get it back in a box would have been difficult. They say the shelves hold a lot of weight but that's not true! They are flimsy and are junk!! I do not recommend this product!

I needed a locking cabinet for cleaning supplies and it works fine. However, there are a couple issues. To start, the packaging is 80lbs of slick packing tape with no where to grip. Even my 5lb TV has hand grips built into the box. Second the packing is a plethora of non-recyclable styrofoam. It’s basically a super fund site waiting to happen. Then came the assembly. It should be done with two people in a stable committed relationship with excellent communication skills. At least one of them should have tiny fingers with magnetic properties to get the screws lined up. The other should have a phd in multidimensional geometry and a background in hieroglyphics if you are ever going to make sense of the directions.

Before you assemble - the sides of the cabinet each have a piece pre-inserted that need to be removed before you can attach the legs. That is NOT in the instructions. Those, plus two corner pieces, appear to be extras to maintain shape during shipping. Once you get that part figured out, the rest of the assembly is straightforward. The cabinet is sturdy, shelves are the same metal (for some reason I thought they would be glass), and the doors fit nicely once you level and square things up. The white is a soft white. Not a cream color that looks dirty, but not a bright white.
