This is a pretty good vertical grow light. I bought two of these, different wattage 65 and 85, I think? They’re fine but in all honesty, I prefer the Barrina T1S (have 2 of these, too in different color temps). These aren’t as sturdy or attractive as the Barrina T1S lights. I know some people don’t like the floor switches but I prefer them. I have plenty of timers, which the Barrina includes. The Sansi have the control switches with built in timers, which I don’t use (timers). These lights have the tripod type of stand and the Barrina have attractive heavy, sturdy bases. The Sansi lights are very lightweight and break down into 3 parts/light sections and the Barrina is just one section that screws onto the elevated base and has two parts so you can make it taller if needed. I have a lot of grow lights, more Sansi than Barrina, but I think both are great options. ... show more

I very much like this item. very bright and will be watching for results in my plants. may not cover as much of an area as I would like but more than I expected. but I think most of the grow lights are like that unless you buy a large rectangle lr square one with multiple rows.

After bringing potted, young trees inside for the recent Florida freeze, this threw off enough light to keep them happy. Well made and looks fantastic. I used a Philips hue outlet to control and set up run times. The included timer seemed like it would work if you decide to go that way.

This has been in use for about 1 month now, and my plants are loving this light! It does not get excessively hot. The small footprint is a plus. If you’re thinking about getting it… do it. I wish I would’ve bought this sooner!
