    • Plug&Play, but should be avoided
Two stars, because the card is plug-and-play with Linux/KVM/Qemu/pfSense. Otherwise, I suggest you avoid this card. Since installing the card in my machine (specs below) it takes about 5 minutes to POST. On top of that, when I do finally get to the splash screen if I try to enter UEFI/BIOS it sits there for another 5 minutes. Then, when saving changes ANOTHER 5 minutes. Once I remove this card, I boot to TTY in < 1min. I have tried changing so many BIOS settings: Fast boot on/off ISCSI TCP/IP on/off for each interface Wake on lan on/off for each interface PCI link speed Auto/Gen 2 (this is a gen2.1 card from 2014) Also tried flashing the BIOS, and resetting the CMOS a couple of times.
