Women of a certain age - after menopause should seriously look at this product because it has no side effects (for me, anyway), and keeps the belly fat away. I didn't find anything helpful about these supplements. I tried them one time and after finishing the bottle, I didn't notice any difference in my weight loss. I guess it goes to show, there's no magic trick to losing weight. You have to diet and exercise.
