This bag is a legit game changer. I went from a backpack to a rack mount and this package is superior. It paid for itself the first day out. I carried all sorts of orders including drinks without a worry. You do need to put the Velcro on yourself inside but it gives you full control over your carrier. The appearance looks exactly like the picture , the good points of this bag is that it has the frame to keep the bag from collapsing and the divider which allows for both hot and cold items to be stored in one bag at the same time and of course the bottom has a plastic hard liner. I received the delivery bag today, but unfortunately it has a manufacturing defect. One side of the belt that attaches the bag to the frame is missing. Because of this, the frame cannot be properly secured, and the bag is not usable as intended.
