Tv is fantastic. This was a Christmas gift to myself and im really happy with it. It has a Voice Control feature I use to monitor security cameras around my house and garage. That feature i like. I have a PS4 hooked up and that works pretty good but sometimes I get a small rolling bar that is only a few pixels wide but enough to notice when it happens. That is acceptable bc it doesn't happen a lot. And sometimes it has a random off colour pixel that noticeable when it pops up? Like a white pixel on a dark colour or a black/red/blue on someone's face? It connected to WIFI right away and thats no problem. One thing I'd like is Bluetooth connectivity for sets of earphones/buds. You have to wear headphones/buds when you play video games bc some are directional and the sound has beeps to lead you to objects. I bet some movies would be amazing with directional sound. The price was $202 back in Dec 2024. Also, just to say, the PS4 doesn't have Bluetooth in it. It has a Caveman headset plug on the controller like it's the 1980s.

Update: 9-15-24 Best Buy finally said they will send the Geek Squad to come out fix the TV, but it will be at my cost. It’s over an hour and an It’s over an hour and a half away and they said it will be a minimum of $110. And that is not even guaranteeing it will be fixed. It is just for them to gather information on whether they believe it can be fixed. Dealing with Best Buy has been an absolute nightmare. I called back three days ago and was transferred to four different representatives the last one had a baby screaming so loud I couldn’t hear her and then she kept getting frustrated saying she couldn’t hear me like it was my fault. Edit. Customer service reached out to me to tell me I am over the 30 days by four days of purchasing. Meanwhile, it took me almost 3 weeks to get the TV in the first place. Since it’s over 30 days, they will NOT exchange or refund my money. I understand if you’ve had it for a while and you don’t have a warranty that’s one thing but if you’ve only used the TV for two weeks and it’s already defective and they won’t honor it that’s the kind of company I will never give my money to again. You would expect a company like Best Buy who probably makes tens of millions of dollars at least a year would do the right thing and exchange something that was used for two weeks and has a line down the middle of the screen. I will never waste my money at Best Buy again and I will encourage all of my family and friends to do the same. So tired of greedy companies who won’t stand behind the products they sell. I love this TV. It was perfect, but after a couple weeks, I turned it on, and there is a thin black line going down the right side of the screen. I tried turning it off, turning it back on unplugging it nothing. It hasn’t touched nothing hit it. It didn’t fall. I haven’t even cleaned the screen yet so I don’t know what happened. When I try to contact to initiate a refund, but I was hoping for an exchange
