The INSE vacuum is light weight easy to use and can clean under my bed, It's easy to empty the cup, it's easy to take apart for cleaning the filters. Easy to remove the brush and clean it with the tool that comes with it. I also got an extra filter and extra attachments.

    • Has good suction but
I think I like this vacuum because it seems to have pretty good suction however it is really odd that the wheels don't ever touch the floor even when it's in the resting position. I don't like the way it moves across the floor because it's not smooth and it seems like the bottom of the vacuum is just being pushed across the floor which concerns me a little that it was going to scratch the floor. So it's not a smooth easy move to push it across low pile flat carpet with no wheel action. I almost wonder if it's defective or if they're all like that. ... show more

    • Worked fine but battery does not hold a charge after 8 months.
It worked fine. But after 8 months of very modest use, the battery will no longer charge completely and the vacuum can only be used for a few minutes. Amazon sells a replacement battery for about $70, which I will not pay.

    • Not worth the money
I got this on sale. I would never spend $400+ on this vacuum, I wish I didn’t spend $140. It is decent on hardwood floors on the max suction but it only lasts 20 minutes. It is absolutely useless on carpets. It’s not great on the stairs because the head is so light it won’t stay down. It is good for a quick clean but the suction is awful. Since there is no hose; it’s almost impossible to get hard to reach spaces with the nozzle attachments. Save your money and buy a nice corded vacuum. ... show more

    • Stopped vacuuming after 2nd use.
After the 2nd time I used the vacuum it stopped spinning and would stop vacuuming. It would only work if I took the spin brush out. The spin brush would stop spinning causing it to stop working. It works fine without the spin brush but won’t pick up stuff that well.

    • Good vacuum for hard floors
Really nice to clean tile or hardwood floors. Doesn’t roll well on carpet. Very maneuverable and can easily switch heads.

I like this vacuum at first then it stopped working a few months later and too late to return it. I emailed the company and received no response.

Sooo it seemed to suck up dirt HOWEVER the battery was only good for 45mins. (And it was fully charged the 3 different times i used it) I will return this and immediately vacuum to really tell how much it really sucked up. This may be good for college student.
