Bought this with a gift card for a new apartment, not expecting much from a vacuum of this price. It's exceeded my expectations for sure. The battery lasts long enough to clean the whole apartment (850 sq ft), suction is pretty decent, and it's versatile enough to clean hard to reach areas and even in the car for small messes. We have a dog who sheds quite a bit, and this vacuum keeps up without issue. My only complaints would be that it's not great for even low-pile area rugs, and the battery takes hours to charge once depleted.     • It's okay... Suction lost on all the connections
Maybe mine is defective or something, but suction is pretty mediocre when it's extended and has the roller vacuum attachment on it. It seems like a lot of suction power is lost in the crevices of all the connections compared to when none are attached. It's decent enough though. My small 4 bedroom house is wood floors except one room. This INSE vacuum works good enough to run around the whole house on low power just to suck up dog hair. However, if I want to really clean my floors and vacuum them thoroughly then one battery only lasts for half my house - two small bedrooms and a small living room. Then I have to charge it to finish other 2 bed rooms and laundry room. So TLDR: charge doesn't last super long on high-power and the suction is only good for dog hair, surface debri, and cob webs. Not a good replacement for a real vacuum - great for sucking up dust and pet hair before company comes over. ... show more

I bought this vacuum cleaner with a lot of worries that may not work on hardwood floor. I have very large dining room, kitchen and two bathrooms. My cat litter box is in one of the rooms and each day some of those particles from sandbox/litter box comes out which is literally impossible to sweep out with the regular broom. This vacuum does not leave anything behind especially cat litter on the hardwood floor or crumbs from food in the kitchen and here in the bathroom which make it easier to Clorox and Disinfect the floors after vacuuming. It has two level of suction but I always use the strongest so I don’t have to go back-and-forth. The battery life last pretty much till I’m done with kitchen dining room cat food area Cal litter box area and bathrooms and the lints falling from the dryer. It is easy to but my recommendation is not to do the carpet because the filter is not that big and it gets clogged if you do the dusty carpet which in turn decreases the suction. It is a very good idea to clean the cat hair or dust from the filter so it doesn’t lose much suction. Overall I like it. This price was the cheapest and I have had it for a month and a half and I like it. Easy charge and many extra accessories for corners.     • All Around Great Except for the Clogging
I own five cockatiels, and they make a big mess everyday when I let them out of their cages. I hated dragging my heavy vacuum across my house just to clean it. This vacuum was a heavensent. It's so lightweight and easy to just grab and pick up seeds and bits and scraps from their toys. It made me want to vacuum multiple times in the day because of how insanely easier it was especially when you have to switch attachments. Takes less than a second! However, after about a week of using it, I noticed it wasn't picking up as well anymore and found that the long stick portion of the hose and the bottom vacuum portion was clogged with dust bunnies. Given, I must have overworked it but after clearing it out, it happened again a couple of days later. The most amount of stuff it has to pick up is seeds and scraps of paper from bird toys. I hand pick up anything bigger because I know even my other vacuum has trouble with the big pieces. It's not a huge inconvenience to have to go in there and shovel out the dust bunnies every couple of days but I wish it was a bit more durable. I’m having no luck with stick vacuums at all. I have a bad back and my regular vacuum is to hard for me to use on throw rugs. It’s very hard on my back to move through the house. Bought a corded stick vacuum but the one small piece of hose broke. There are no replacements so I got a refund and both this. I’m not as happy with this as my last one. There are good things about it and I’ll explain. I’d rather do 3.5 stars then 3 but it’s not 4 star. Good: It picks up anything on a hard floor like a boss! If it fits, it’s gone. Light is very bright Suction is powerful Easy to handle It takes me 30 to 40 minutes to do all my vacuuming and I was able to do that 3 times in one charge.(battery wasn’t dead but I put it on the charger) It takes many passes over a low pile rug to get it to pick up. I have a very low pile and thin rug in front of my dryer and this vacuum took 6 passes over a small piece of lint to get it to pick up. You can’t take the vacuum head off without either bending over or picking up the vacuum. This is a negative specifically to me and a few with bad backs. It’s hard to bend to remove the head. If you pick up the vacuum and remove the head you still have to bend to place it on the floor. My last one had a peg you pushed with your foot and it came off with out bending. This is excellent on hard floors but not very good on rugs. I really need a vacuum that is light weight and excellent on hard floors and rugs. I’m going to donate this to a resell store and find something else. ... show more

    • Suction power is good on tile but lacks some on carpet
We purchased it in December and it was opened as a Xmas present. It worked as advertised up until March 16th when the brushes became intermittent and then failed completely. We contacted Amazon who passed us onto the manufacturer for warranty support. This went pretty smoothly where an advisor provided follow up by email a day later. There were debug steps involved to isolate the issue. It was determined that the connection tube had a potential electrical failure, so the manufacturer sent a new part immediately. We received it on March 22nd and this resolved the issue and we were back in service. We appreciated the excellent vendor response and availability of a spare part. ... show more
