I couldn't put it together right, but that's on me. But, I got it to where I could ride it, you know, I skipped the basket for now. Instead, I found out how fast this thing is, and for a heavy dude like me +235lbs, it's good. I went on a route with some incline in Hollister CA and it did well enough to get me up a steep road. I also have gone from one side of town to the other really fast. Aside from speed and power, I was told I looked to big in it, but they said they liked it anyway. It's a great scooter, man those shocks in the rear are sweet! Hit some pot holes in this podunk town but bounced right up! Anyway, I like it enough to give it to5 stars because the phone holder and USB charging ability, I gotta say, I'm impressed.Also, the battery last a good amount, just remember that your speed likely determines the length of battery life, so go with that because you'll enjoy more out of the scooter.Good luck deciding what you want, so far I feel fortunate enough to have been able to enjoy this scooter right out of the box and feel like I'm satisfied. I also hope the rear tire doesn't pop on me. I have to make sure I reinforce the tires to prevent a puncture because that would be sad. Also, the display only shows how much battery the scooter has, but not the speed or distance traveled.Anyway that's it. Check out my video. ... show more

I love this scooter it's not too fast. When you release the throttle it slows you down to stop and I double stop with the breaks really safe riding. So strong built 💪 for heavy weight up to 300 lbs. I recamend this scooter for your neighborhood commute. Great job has 6 shocks for rough ridding! What's really great about this scooter the peak going up hill is great pick up for small hills that's the best! ... show more

The packaged arrived secure and nicely packaged. Assembly was easy. I rode it for over an hour and it’s still on a full charge. It’s heavier than I was expecting but it is durable. I especially like the phone holder and it keeps your phone charged. I recommend!

Very smooth ride with incredible suspension. Didn’t know it had no rear light. Just a reflector. Hope this lasts longer the last one. One year. . ... show more
