  • For 50 dollars you can get a lot done with this.
Color: Camo sand yellow-160LBS
Obviously you can't do everything with just this one tool. I have a door chin up bar, 2-10lb dumb bells and 2 2lb dumb bells and now this tool. Before this tool I was using a 50lb bag of gravel and the dumb bells to do chest workouts and that got really annoying after a few months. I've had the bands for a couple of months now and I like it a lot. I bought the heaviest tension. I was worried about what tension to get because I never use bands and after careful consideration decided to go with the heaviest. I'm 5'8 and 185lbs (a little chubby). My max bench is 225 and my working weight was around 200. I'm 38 years old and decided to no longer risk injury or hurting myself by going for max weights. My goals are to be sexy and healthy and a little strong. So basically I'm just looking to feel the fatigue and buzz of weight lifting without having to go the gym and be around a bunch of plague rats (before covid I still wasn't a fan of going to the gym so now I just go for 15 minutes to get some leg presses in) or risking shoulder injury doing bench presses. Here's a list of what I do with this one tool. Laying and standing chest presses (I prefer the laying down but standing still feels pretty effective) Incline chest press resistance push ups Curls Reverse curls wrist curls and finger curls over head presses (both seated and standing) tricep push downs (hang over door and stand on stool) pec flies seated rows standing rows (both two arms and one arm) I could probably figure out more but this all I feel like doing during my workouts using this tool. This may also be a good tool to make your punches stronger. Having it around your back in the standing chest press position I was throwing some jabs and could see how this could be a training utensil for that as well. The whole system would probably be awesome but for me I don't feel it is needed as I use those light dumb bells for my other isolation movements and just go for higher reps and slow, deliberate full range of motion movements. It's pretty cool what you can feel working if you just go slower on the way back lol. In summary, If you're mostly an average guy wanting to buff up a bit and feel good about it without having to go to the gym surrounded by a bunch of people not wearing masks (I didn't like being around a bunch of people before covid anyway) this one tool can cover a lot of ground. The whole system would definitely cover everything you need. And you can buy mix and match bands as well because each one of these bands (for the heaviest resistance) is around 33 extra pounds which is a big jump for certain isolation movements. I'm very pleased with this investment and definitely feel pretty good about what I've been doing. Eventually I'd like to get back to actual weights but I dread going back to the gym so for now these bands it will be! ... show more

  • A LOT of resistance!
Color: Black-160LBS
I travel for work, constantly in and out of hotels, this thing is great. When wrapped around my lower back for push-ups, I'm actually fairly close to my bench max in reps. The bicep and tricep workout I get from this thing is nearly dumbell quality. I have to be a little creative about how I isolate each muscle, but it beats the heck out of lugging weights around when I'm on the go! My only complaint is I'd like to see the protective strap extend a little wider over the elastics, as they get a little pinchy on my shoulders sometimes. Otherwise, great product! ... show more

  • Takes a few times to get used to
Color: Black-160LBS
The first time I used these i had a very jerky motion. After about a week once your body adapts it works nice and smooth. I love the fact if you suddenly got lazy like me you can unhook 2 of these bands to make a nice start up recovery then gradually fasten them for more tension. I had a great 2 week montage then the roku remote has been my primary work out these days lol. I do recommend these though. I was a heavy lifter for decades back when I had more energy and owned allot of equipment. These are awsome for resistance push ups and you can bring them anywhere. Very cool item. ... show more

  • Great Product
Color: Camo marine blue-85LBS
I wanted to purchase something to do bench press exercises, without a bar, plates, or bench. This is it. Just take it out of the carry bag, do some presses while standing, and put it back in the bag for next time. I detached the middle band to lighten the resistance, for now, until ready for more. Impressed with the quality. It is very nice to find a well made product like this these days. ... show more

  • Great product but needs some improvements
Color: Camo sand yellow-160LBS
First off, I'd really like to leave a higher review. This is a great product and has a lot of potential but it needs some reengineering. I purchased the 200 lbs version, which aside from some of the other reviews really feels like the advertised weight. I've been lifting my whole life and I had issues using it with all three bands on bench press or most other movements aside from seated rows. With respect to bench press, you can really only start to get a good resistance several inches above your chest. I found the only way to accomplish a full bench press motion was to lace the product under my bench, which was not a fluid experience. The only other solution is to space the bands wider, but this is very challenging due to the high resistance. You really have to be creative in its use and I'm afraid one size really doesn't fit all. I'm 6'4" and 270lbs and I found that the product's length isn't long enough if you have a wide back and you hit the tension/resistance point prematurely in a movement. If you have long arms like me (my shirt sleeve length is 38") it becomes very challenging to get a full movement, and when you can accomplish one, it likely pushes the stretch limits beyond its design. The hand grips really aren't a good compliment for the high amount of resistance, which causes backward pressure on your hands. I ended up removing one of the bands and sometimes two to be able to accomplish work. Ultimately, as others mention, of the bands cam out of the ball that keeps the bands in place. Unfortunately, there isn't any way to fix this, so I'm returning it now. I am going to give the next level down one a try, but fear the width of the product is the biggest issue. ... show more
