I really love this inversion table. I have had it for 2-3 months now and have used it plenty. I bought it mainly for help with tension in my back, shoulders, and neck. It has helped so much! Honestly, I think one of the most helpful aspects that I started to notice almost immediately is it just gets more blood flow to those areas that rarely get any when they are tense and tight from stress. I even noticed it helping to loosen up my jaw, seemingly for the same reasons. The increased(forced) blood flow getting to those areas was almost refreshing, as again they are usually so pinched when I am stressed and wound up that are rock solid. Since this is my first inversion table experience, I will add that the best way I can think to describe it when I use it is that I feel like I have just had a massage. Again, I think this must be because of the increased circulation? At any rate, it is really sturdy, was slow-and-steady but easy to put together, and has delivered in all of the ways I hoped it would. Three tips: first, until you get used to it, you really do want to wear shoes with tongues so that you don't feel much pressure on your feet; I am pretty used to it now, so as long as it is a gentler inversion my feet are fine. Second, if you are not used to inversion tables (as I wasn't), you really do want to start off at 15 degrees, see how it feels, go to 30, then 45. When you are first doing it, I wouldn't even suggest going about 45 for multiple sessions, but that is up to you. You will get a lot of pressure in your head, though, ha. Third, definitely be honest with yourself about how you will store the table. If left out, perfect, no issues there, but if you need to slide it under a bed or in a closet, really consider whether it is going to fit. I think the clearance I had read in another review (that ended up being correct) was that you need something like 17 inches for this to fit, meaning your bed frame would need to be 17 inches off the ground to fit your inversion table under it. I would get out the measuring tape before ordering if you think that will be an issue! And reply to my comment if you truly need an exact measurement; I am not near my table right now as I am writing ;) Lastly, I think this was a great value for all of the relief I get for the price I paid.

No need to pay more ! Innova Model ITX9688 My doctor recommended my “trying out” inversion therapy, for my diagnosis of low-back problems, including bulging discs and spinal stenosis. Not being sure if an inversion table would work for me, I shopped for a “budget” model on Amazon – just to try it out. All Reviews Led To INNOVA ! I ordered the ITX9688 with the Extended Ankle Lever, and the model with the short ankle lever arrived . . . INNOVA Customer Service to the Rescue ! They came to my immediate rescue and took care of all of the update parts – bringing my table up to the ITX9688 Specs ! They were a true pleasure to work with, and I was SOLD on this product, even before I began using it. As a senior Mechanical Design Engineer, I looked at the quality of design and materials used for this product, and I was very impressed with both. The Table requires Assembly – and came very well packaged, including excellent assembly instructions, and all of the required hardware, carefully laid out to an assembly board, which already has the specific hardware items packed & labeled, according to the corresponding assembly instructions page – The Hardware Board also came with the required assembly tools – making this a; Open the Package > Read The Instructions > Assemble following the very easy to understand instructions – using the corresponding hardware items – there are clear pictures showing everything. For those reviewers who said the assembly process was confusing or difficult . . . Well . . . If you actually read the very simple and well laid out instructions – yes – I took my time - - and it went together beautifully. Now, I have a full mechanical shop with a very large tool inventory – but I chose to assemble the table using the supplied tools from Innova – I just wanted to see if it could be done using only Innova supplied materials. No Problem – Anyone who takes the time to read and follow the supplied instructions and materials, will be rewarded with a very nice assembled table. Even those with minimal mechanical skills can do this, they just may need to take a little more time . . . “It’s worth it” – Just be patient – and if you run into a problem - - You can rely on their fantastic customer support team. I began using the table – Setting The Balance Pivot Point was a simple process – starting by setting to your height – trying the table out – then making some sleight and easy adjustments to allow for personal body-weight-distribution. I was warned to not attempt full inversion – but go slowly – as my doctor recommended work up to full inversion. He wanted me to start off nearly horizontal, and each week, adjust the very easy Inversion Angle Knob, and each week, I increased the inversion angle, finally arriving at full inversion. Doing the process slowly, is also a great way for your ankles to get used to being held and supporting your body weight. I have read reviews of some customers complaining of the ankle system being uncomfortable ! Well, for me, by the time I progressed to full inversion, I felt like I was being very well secured, and had no discomfort. Yes, I can see if some users are impatient, and try to start off with full inversion, their ankles may not feel very comfortable – Well – Out of the Blue – you hanging upside down – held by your ankles – of course this is an unusual position and of course, it may feel uncomfortable – My advice – Take it slow – let your body and ankles get used to the very easy system to use, and there shouldn’t be any ankle comfort issues – Tip – I find that keeping the Ankle System slightly loose, instead of being tightly clamped to your legs, aids tremendously to my comfort. I enthusiastically recommend this product, especially from Innova. It's a great table from an excellent company with a high build quality which will last. After 4 full months of daily use, I can report, for my specific condition, I have experience significant relief from my symptoms.

It preforms exactly as expected, it is sturdy and well made. Setup and use are quick and easy. Assembly took about 45 minutes and is pretty straightforward as long as you follow the instructions. The only slight issue I have with the ankle holders. I found the reverse method to be much more comfortable with the rubber-foam round cushions on the outer pegs, grabbing the shin and top of the foot, instead of the way the instructions show, with the plastic cup cushions on the outer pegs. Also, it would be nice if the ankle clamp mechanism had finer a finer adjustment range. I feel it's either too tight or a little loose (Which is how I use it) but snug would probably feel better. If I wear thick or double socks it's just right, so no biggie. The results are amazing, I felt noticeable reduction in my back pain after the first minute of use and after a few treatments the pain was almost completely gone! I wish I bought it years ago... Overall, it is a great product, especially for the price.

The media could not be loaded. Love this SOOOOOO much!! So simple to set up and use. Great price! It fits both me and my husband. I'm 5'6" and 210lbs, I felt secure with zero thoughts of "will this hold me?..." My husband is 6'4" and 265lbs, he LOVES stretching out on this thing. Thankful that's it's strong. I cannot hype enough about how easy it is for me to use and work. I feel comfortable being alone and I won't get stuck. 😅 Super functional and simple parts. Within the first few minutes my low back gained the relief I was seeking. I am so grateful to have purchased this inversion table. 🥹
