This thing is awesome. I don’t do very many reviews, but this is worth the use. Aside from the typical windows setup and amd/legion software its great. Runs any one of my games. I typically play elden ring and i get between 50-60fps. The controls you need to get used to, instead of your typical controller where your start button is on the top, they are on the lower left side. Battery life of course is garbage, but what do you expect from a windows pc handheld? This thing is what i was hoping for, steam on the go.

The media could not be loaded. Great handheld. The 2TB of storage is well worth the investment. The kickstand is great and I use it all the time unlike with the switch. Feels good in my normal sized man hands. The performance justifies the large screen size. Video I showed is GTA5 running at 1920x1200p. Ultra Textures with med-high settings on everything else running at an avg 80-90fps. Not every game is optimised well though. If it's tough to run on your normal PC you will likely have to upscale from 800p. You won't run much in 1600p if you want at least 60fps but 1200p on this 8.8 inch screen has almost no difference in quality. Just taxing the performance for miniscule amount of quality. Overall this device runs games well and at solid resolution. Controllers feel good. Better then the Ally and the steam deck. You will want to adjust the triggers and deadzones in the legion app. Some great performing games you should try first to test your device are GTA5, Devil May Cry 5 and Metal Gear Rising.

After all the setup and getting things downloaded, this is my new best friend. It is so much smaller and lighter than a laptop but has all the function of one. It plays all my games that can use a controller and with a keyboard/mouse combo I can play all the FPS games. Touch screen, sd card reader, 2 usb c ports (data or power) and a built-in stand. The only thing I can find to complain on is that the battery only lasts for 2 hours when playing heavy games, but there are 12v battery packs on Amazon to extend that. It is powerful, portable and runs full version of W11.

I almost bought a MSI Gaming GT77Hx Laptop , im glad i made this choice. I'm planning to go NOMAD for a while so today I finally bought a Legion Go - perfect size screen for my age and tired eyes, quality built seems impressive. perforamnce is alright, im willing to sacrafice a little for its portability. Pros: Thunderbolt / USB-4 compatibility - im able to run external monitors with thunderbolt doc and external monitor (i'm willing justify balance of computing power so to keep it simple as single screen) MicroSD slot Pre-installed with 2TB M.2 2242 Dual USB-C / USB4 Cons: takes a few weeks to get use to the weight. 2242 M.2 slot only NO USB-3 or USB-A Only 16GB RAM Max Summary: I'm glad i got this! Legion Go runs PPSSPP emulation runs smoothly even in power saving mode, battery lasts a VERY LONG TIME before next charge!!! More modern 3D intensive games, if you limit your self by lower resolutions (even with external monitor), im sure you will be in satisfactory.
