Have had it for a couple months. So far no complaints, enjoying the printer. Took me a week to unbox bc I was scared but the whole process of unboxing and set up was very smooth, instructions are very clear and printing is easy as long as you follow instructions/directions. Print size is big enough for any craft idea! My personal view of this machine is well worth its money. I use this printer for personal reasons and so far I have had nothing but compliments on my kids and families shirts. If it was possible to give zero stars this is exactly what i would give this product. The set up is terrible and hard, the print quality is great when it prints, and that’s rarely, it is terrible value for your money because you are just throwing your money down the drain, the ink capacity is not something you will have to worry about here bc you wont need to buy ink bc your printer isn't going to to print. And their technical support is a joke as also, there is no help number only someone on what’s up to send you videos on how to take your printer apart to fix it yourself. Also i might have forgotten to mention iv only had my printer for a week and a half. This printer has no functionality because it does not function properly, the color quality it something iv yet to experience because like I stated before it don’t print. Just so you know the picture was taken after being on chat with technical support for 4 hours without them being able to fix my problem. ... show more

I bought this for my niece to help with her hobby shop. I believe she has thoroughly enjoyed it, I believe it has changed her life for the better. Also I wanted to add that my niece was having problems with the printer, called customer service and they were patient, professional and very thorough and most polite and caring. Everything came packed neatly and secured. At first I was overwhelmed. Got a hold of tech support and they where amazing. They got me up running. I've still got alot to learn but they were amazing and I am sure I will need them again. You cant go wrong with the InkSonic and there tech team!!
