Holds quite a lot, more than you would expect since it’s not a huge bag. Convenient size, fits fine in a standard refrigerator. I’ve had it a few months and it’s held up well. Like it fits perfectly on the bottom of the bag 🤣. It’s large enough to carry two lunches in my opinion.
