Set up seemed scary but actually wasn't bad. New to the DTF print world but you do put it all together fairly quick. Just keep at it. Colors look amazing and cure process and oven settings (and setup) was another new process that was a little daunting but once you learn to use lighting to see the oven result things work out much better in the heat transfer stage. Learning print sizes and settings the work best and using the rip software is pretty exciting and rewarding when you figure something new out. A couple of shirts under my belt is really confidence building. I would do it again and this printer is a great first start. ... show more

Terrible printer, don't waste your money.

If it was possible to give zero stars this is exactly what i would give this product. The set up is terrible and hard, the print quality is great when it prints, and that’s rarely, it is terrible value for your money because you are just throwing your money down the drain, the ink capacity is not something you will have to worry about here bc you wont need to buy ink bc your printer isn't going to to print. And their technical support is a joke as also, there is no help number only someone on what’s up to send you videos on how to take your printer apart to fix it yourself. Also i might have forgotten to mention iv only had my printer for a week and a half. This printer has no functionality because it does not function properly, the color quality it something iv yet to experience because like I stated before it don’t print. Just so you know the picture was taken after being on chat with technical support for 4 hours without them being able to fix my problem. ... show more

We purchased the printer because of all the good reviews and then we had issues setting up some stuff and the tech-support was great and they walked us through it and they showed a step-by-step what we had done wrong and we would buy this product again and we would recommend it to friends. Beginner friendly and great deal

There is nothing I can say bad about this printer. This is a beginner friendly system. The print quality is so vibrant. It comes with everything to get started. Had a minor issue with printing but the tech support was awesome.

This is my first DTF printer as I am a beginner. I purchased this printer last week and a literal treasure box was delivered yesterday. After getting everything unboxed and set up, I realized something wasn't right. I contacted Daisy with !nkSonic tech support and she was AMAZING!! ⭐ Updated Review ⭐ When I first purchased this printer, I had high expectations. Unfortunately, my experience with Inksonic has been mixed. • The printer only prints one item at a time, which makes no sense for the cost of this machine. • The setup was delayed because the dongle that came with it did not work, and I had to wait days for a replacement. • Most concerning of all, the printer arrived with rust on the frame. Inksonic’s explanation—that this was due to moisture during shipping—is not reasonable. Rust suggests the frame (and possibly the entire printer) was not new, which raises serious concerns about quality control. To be fair, I will say Inksonic’s customer service is top notch when it comes to trying to fix a problem. They are responsive and willing to help. But at this point, sending the printer back would be a huge undertaking, and I remain deeply concerned about its long-term reliability and performance. ... show more

I had to take a star away
First i want to start off with customer service WOW! They are amazing. and the Machine is so easy to run. Thank you So much Cherry . But I hate that you have to go through 3 programs to get it to print I have wasted so much film that I feel like I should get one in return . And the settings you use for one photo might not work for another ... show more
