I have had two different wormhole tattoo machines one a basic learner's machine and the other a pro advanced machine which did work a little better than the basic one but both of those machines compared to this the best way I can describe it is going from trying to draw on skin with a lead pencil to a brand new sharpie, this machine has really changed the game for me personally as far as enhancing my skills and the quality of the work I've been doing I am just amazed at how awesome this machine is I would 2 million percent recommend to anyone looking for a quality machine at a decent price not to mention this particular machine used to be about $500 so the price difference now is definitely a steal for what you're getting

Generally, I use Mast because I find that their motors are quieter. I love the color of this pen, and I appreciate that it’s wireless and came with an extra battery. However, I do find that I generally still gravitate towards using my other pens compared to this one because they’re more comfortable. This isn’t a bad pen, though. It definitely still works and is good to use. However, relative to my other pens, it is not my favorite.

I'm just in the beginning phases of learning how to tattoo, and I've tried many different machines now. This only comes with the pen, but fortunately I’ve built up quite a supply of consumables, so lack of accessories isn’t an issue. I’d suggest waiting on this machine until you’ve reached an intermediate level and are ready to work with real skin. The on/off, depth adjustments, and speed fine-tuning were fairly easy and self-explanatory. The gun is more involved than others I’ve had, with more adjustment features for different usage modes and has a very sensitive adjustable needle depth, which really helps when you're still trying to master how far to hold the gun to get the right skin depth (1-2 mm). There are 2 interchangeable power supplies, for added versatility and usage time. It also comes with a very cute little carrying case for the machine. I still don't feel confident working on actual skin, so I'm still just practicing with skins and intermittently shading in some decades-old scars from an old accident to try it out on actual skin. This machine was easy to handle and allows for steady handling and an even and consistent depth, and the needle didn't hurt any more than professional tattoos. The ink was deposited evenly over the scar tissue area and is healing evenly. The skin trauma was no worse than any of the professional tattoos I've ever gotten, and the healing went by without a hitch, though it was itchier than normal as expected due to the tattoo being done over a keloid scar. Overall, this is a very user-friendly machine for someone in the intermediate to beginner professional phases of tattooing and is an excellent value for the money.

This is my second INKin wireless pen, but is a big step up from that original beginner machine that I was using to learn on. In fact, out of the 4 pens I now own, this one definitely wins, in terms of comfort, control and balance. The shaping of the business end means that barely any grip tape was required for a good fit, and I really only applied it for actual grip. The bulk may not be to everyone's liking, especially if you're used to small pens and don't pad them out with tape. However, the added benefit of the shape is a really well balanced feel, weighty and stable without being too heavy for extended use. All the features you'd expect from a pen in this range including variable voltage/frequency, adjustable stick-out, more than adequate 4mm stroke, etc. That it comes with 2 batteries is a great bonus, both with integrated controls and a nice quality display. The only thing I didn't like was the buttons being on the side, which meant depending on how I was holding the machine, the buttons may be out of sight on the other side of the pen. When they are on the end, they are always on the end and easy to get to. In addition, the power button was at the end of the three rather than in the middle, like my other pens. I'm sure I'll get used to this configuration but it did get a little annoying searching for the buttons. Other than that, a real solid performer and my new GO TO machine.

This is a nice tattoo machine that also comes with an extra battery. I'd consider this a decent mid level machine. This isn't anywhere close to as good as a Cheyenne or workhorse irons worth several hundreds of dollars but this is far better than the cheap under $100, under $50 kits. It feels durable. It's ergonomic. It feels decent enough and not fatiguing after hours of use. It seems consistent and makes it easy enough to shade and make bold lines alike. This performs very well for its price. I definitely recommend this as a solid low cost alternative that actually works and is much better than the super cheap stuff.
