    • Good for maximizing my carry-on space

BLUF: Happy with this purchase (in combination w/ the 22’ rollaboard) to facilitate packing significant content without having to check luggage. Purchased in Azure Blue (along w/ Maxlite 5 22’ rollaboard) in hopes of having enough space to avoid checking luggage. The good - size is about the max one can fit under the seat in front of you (no wasted space) although you do have to late it on its back and may have to turn it sideways depending on aircraft; large, open center compartment easily holds a a toiletry kit, a low-profile purse for use upon arrival, a jewelry case, flipflops, and a large travel mug with significant room to spare; larger front zipper pocket holds my iPad and smaller zipper pocket holds my iPhone in its wallet case (easy access). I use the side zipper pocket for my cords, earbuds, or other small peripherals I may want easy access to during a flight. Very much like the azure blue as it is easy to spot and not as boring as black/gray luggage everyone has. Areas for improvement: the trolley strap is really inadequate and should be a true “sleeve” to add stability. The provided strap has a bit of Velcro designed to help it stay in place but it just doesn’t work well, especially if (like me) you’re putting heavier contents in the bag. The bag would be improved with just a bit more rigidity for the bottom and the top. RE the bottom, if you aren’t able to equally distribute the weight of items or just have some heavy items, the bottom of the bag droops. This leads to great instability when transporting this on top of a rollaboard and exacerbates the likelihood of the case flipping around and upturning your suitcase (which is another reason it needs a true trolley sleeve). RE the top - the zipper opening is nice and big but the zipper tends to stick going around corners b/c the case has a flexible lid; a bit more rigidity around the zipper could help with this. ... show more

Grey-green with black straps. The interior is a soft grey waterproof print--not what is shown in the photo online. I like that one end of the bag has a zippered compartment that would be easy to reach from your airline seat--good for bottled water, snacks, etc.. And the side has two zippered compartments, ditto. And the top opens wide and big. The strap feels very comfortable. Well designed. This will be a big improvement for me. I'd considered getting a bag on wheels, but I have more confidence that this size will fit under any seat. ... show more

I was skeptical of the purple color because I hadn’t seen any review photos showing the color in person to base an opinion off of. However, once I saw it in person, I loved it! It’s a beautiful color and the bag functions spectacularly. I’m glad I got it and will be keeping it. 5 stars.

This bag is perfect for air travel. It’s small enough to fit under the seat, but it holds a lot. Helpful pockets on the side and end to hold toiletries, headphones or a passport. I appreciate the strap on the side so you can stack it on a rolling carryon. It would be just right for a weekend getaway, too. The blue is a fun color! ... show more

From a functional traveling standpoint this is a really nice tote. It's perfect for an airline carry on or as a supplement to your regular suitcase. It's well made and looks good. There are plenty of pockets and compartments for storage of smaller items. I do think the tote is overpriced. I think we are paying a premium for the name. I found a similar tote at a local retail store for half the price that looked just a nice. If you're going to pair this with a Travelpro suitcase then it makes more sense given the price ... show more

Great size and really good quality. I was looking for a travel bag that I could use as ‘personal item’ to bring with me at least one outfit in addition to everything else I usually carry in my purse; it met my expectations. I bought this one based on other reviews and knowing the dimensions exceeded the airline’s max by a couple of inches. So far I’ve used it with Copa, United and Spirit with no inconvenience. I wanted it to match colors with by luggage from a different one so I bought orchid pink… but is not really pink, I would probably say lilac. Anyway, looks cute ... show more
