This was a replacement for a bent rear bumper. The fit was good and the shape was right on. The plastic cover looked good but did not fit as well as it could have. You have to look close to notice the fit is not as good as the bumper fits. All in all, I can recommend this product at this price point, which is excellent.     • Kind of jank, but works none-the-less

Mounting brackets aren't very well lined up from factory. The bolts are low grade. Assembly is a pain due to the bolts being welded on poorly. They overstayed in the nuts, and the bolts take convincing to thread. You can't really get upset , cause you get what you pay for.

Seems like a decent quality bumper but no instructions, bolt holes don't line up to well, and don't over torque the threads will strip. You can survive without the instructions but maybe if you dont tighten the brackets that attach to the bumper until all the bolts are in place you will have better luck lining everything up. It just might be a bit of a challenge tightening the bolts inside the bumper afterwards. Maybe I got a bent one but I doubt it. After its all together it looks nice. Also my old license plate bulb sockets secured into the bumper fine so no wire splicing but I did use the new bulbs. And I reused the original bolts that secure the bumper to the truck they seemed like better quality. Overall A decent bumper. ... show more
