Overall this is the best kids punching bag we've seen over the course of several kids and grandkids. This one can be filled with water or sand. Sized appropriate for our 5 year old grandson. The provided gloves fit his hands well. Only downside is that the provided air pump is low quality; you need someone strong to operate the pump, and the hose loses air before getting to the bag. It’s a cool thing, and I’ve never seen one come with gloves and a pump before, but it doesn’t bounce back as well as I’d like it too. I’ll try to get some sand and see if that works better than water did, but we’ll see.
