These are so easy to inflate and deflate! They each took less than 3 minutes to inflate and also to deflate with the pump. I guess you now you’re getting old when you get excited about an air pump lol honestly I would use the pump itself for a lot of other rod it’s too, like pool floats. These inflate in about 2 1/2 minutes each. They are very sturdy. We have a foam set for my son’s bedroom and I wanted something smaller for traveling. When these are deflated, they fit with the pump in an extra large ziploc bag. So convenient! ... show more

    • Perfect for traveling
These are really great for traveling. I like that they stay in place. The downside - the pump is garbage. Be prepared to find another way to inflate and give extra time to allow them to deflate fully.

    • Best purchase for toddler travel!
We used to stack duffle bags around the bed or get a king and have my son sleep in the middle during travel. These inflatable rails worked BEAUTIFULLY!!! so easy to inflate and deflate! compact of travel and didn't budge under the fitted sheet! Don't think twice! :)

I was worried it wouldn’t work! It does! I have two kids ages 2 & 3 and neither fell off the bed! The pump is absolute trash. We had to manually blow it up. But it packs up nicely too.

    • Good and bad
First the good. I inflated the rails and after 3 days they are still holding the air. I put a tape measure around a specific spot on the rails to measure the diameter. No change. I even roughed them up a little to see if they would leak. No leaks. I think people complaining about the leaks aren't properly closing the valve. When you push in the stopper to seal the valve, push the entire valve inside the bed rail. This prevents any movement of the valve and stopper. The rails don't slide like I thought they would as long as the sheets are tight. Now the bad. Don't buy this because it has a foot pump. As others have stated, the foot pump is garbage. The first time I used it the outlet valve kept popping out. I put it back in and it started working ok, but then the air would leak out of the pump. You can't manually blow these up with your mouth if you want them full. I ended up inflating them with a compressor. I sent an email to Delta and I'm still waiting for a reply (it's been 3 days). Since I'll be traveling with these (for my granddaughters) I ended up buying a small rechargeable air pump (several on Amazon). It works great. ... show more

These saved my first solo vacation with two kids! Not only did they keep my son from rolling off the bed, I was able to use the second one as a divider.. he never stays on his side of the bed!
